Lovelyn was so gentle and my hair came out perfectly. I really appreciated the friendliness of the whole staff. The salon is in a very secure and quiet location and I'm happy to have found this gem in Cape Town.

Lotus Beauty Lounge is such an amazing experience. Patience is exceptional, my nails are always unique and beautifully done, and they last so long. She is honestly the best! Isabelle's hands are absolute magic, I recommend a full pedi by her for a completely relaxing experience. They give you the whole package and you will definitely leave their place feeling refreshed and renewed.

My dermapen facial was such a wonderful experience. Ntombi is so thorough, cleaned my skin first before the dermapen then after gave me a wonderful firm shoulder head and neck massage, what a treat!! She truly understands her clients needs. Super Spoilt at the Best Skincare Salon!!!!

It was a very lovely facial & more than the nice massages, I appreciate that my skin concerns are looked at. I just noticed that the cost has increased, by what I initially thought was R200. Unfortunately as I am not working at the moment, I need to save on this luxury for the time being or do a more affordable facial which just focuses on the cleansing. Thank you for your lovely professional salon & focusing on our skin concerns.

Absolutely in love with Meraki! I’ve only been twice but on both occasions, it has far superseded my expectations for quality and service. Olwethu IS THE BEST. You’ll leave not recognizing your own nails. Also side note - the music is great. 20/10 recommend!

Today was my nail appointment and i can absolutely recommend this place. I booked my appointment only 2 hours a go. My nail artist was Christina John, she was absolutely amazing doing her job. I showed her a picture and it looked absolutely the same. Best place to go!!

I had a massage, peel and manicure. The massage was amazing! Yoscha knew exactly which areas to focus on and the pressure she applied was on point! Maxine was very informative. I felt some sensitivity around my eye area before I arrived, she suggested the add-on algae mask to my azelan peel and it worked just great! Sensitivity and irritation disappeared and it left my skin feeling smooth and soothed! Zanele, did such a great job with my manicure and gelish application even though my nails were a bit brittle! Thank you, Meraki, for a lovely pampering session!

Lusanda was amazing and very professional and welcoming. One thing that got a bit irritating is the person who kept walking around telling the therapist that their next client was waiting. I had just sat down to do my nails and then I heard this person telling my therapist loudly. It just makes the current client think that a good job will not be done on their nails because they are already focusing on trying to get the next client done. I say this respectfully, try and find another way to alert a therapist and also don’t make them rush to get to the next one because they may perform badly
