I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s still my absolute favourite form of self-care. The staff are always so welcoming and genuinely kind, and the service is consistently outstanding. It’s rare to find a salon where every visit feels just as good (if not better) than the last. I especially love how my nail tech always just knows what artwork will look good on my nails — it makes every set feel unique and amazing. From start to finish, the experience is relaxing, professional, and something I always look forward to. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!

As always, I am thoroughly impressed with my regulat nail gel treatment! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Colleen, the nail technician is highly skilled, paying attention to every detail and ensuring my nails were perfect. The quality of the gel was excellent – durable, glossy, and beautifully applied. The entire team are professional and friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. I always leave the salon feeling pampered and extremely satisfied with the results. I love Boa Salon as I always leave fully satisfied with the treatment. My nail technician pays great attention to detail, ensuring the end result is a flawless gel application with the perfect shape. However, my only hesitation, is that the treatment takes very long. During my last visit, I had a soak-off on my feet and a re-application, along with a file and Go on my hands, and the treatment took 2 hours. Despite the lengthy time, the quality of the service and the meticulous work keep me coming back. Highly recommend if you have the time to spare.

Exceptional!!! Tina was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable from the minute I sat down. She helped me with my choices (I’m very indecisive), we were so friendly and we really got along great! My nails look amazing, it hasn’t looked this great in the longest time! I’m truly so impressed, there is not 1 imperfection, she is a nail guru for sure. Fantastic experience - the staff friendly and salon beautiful and small details are seen to for a good experience. It is very evident that cleanliness and sanitation is a big focus, which is comforting. I did a polymer gel with tips and colour - all the latest trends and fashion colours were available to choose from. Chenai is wonderful - her attention to detail and precision is noteworthy. I have found my new favourite nail salon.

WOW!! Every time I come here my expectations are exceeded, I want to say a special thank you to Bea who recently started there, she is absolutely amazing and such a kind soul. I had such a nice conversation with her and she helped me get ideas for my next appointment. This is the best nail salon in the whole of Cape Town. I had my nails done by Precious, and I couldn’t be happier! Her work is always so neat and precise, she really pays attention to every little detail. She keeps her station spotless, and you can tell she takes great pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment. The salon itself is immaculate, with a vibrant atmosphere and the perfect music to set the mood. Chania and Cameron, the managers are on the ball and so friendly. My 1st visit to A Boa Beauty Bar, the space is beautiful and the ladies are so welcoming. My nails were done to perfection. The only disappointment was that they were out of white Gel such a popular colour a salon should always have more then 1 bottle of this colour or ensure that stock is always updated!

Good, the salon equipment and nail polish just needs a good clean. Hygiene seems be “surface” only and nail polish bottles are dirty, as well as the Nail Lights. Nail files don’t get hygienically cleaned. Am a little concerned that cleanliness isn’t top of mind

Having lived in Cape Town my whole life, I’ve been to many nail salons, and quite honestly, it’s always been a hit or miss experience. That is, until I found Carlyn through word of mouth. After seeing my friend’s nails (which were quite literally perfect) and hearing great reviews about Carlyn, I booked an appointment. Carlyn is hands down the best in the city. Every single time I leave her chair, my nails look effortlessly perfect. She’s a true professional and does it all. She NEVER misses!
