As always - lovely experience with the staff. This is the first time I’ve been in the salon with the trainer present. Just want to add that would be good if the trainer would ask clients if they are ok for trainees to do their hair. I wasn’t really given the option to say no. Not that I would have, but would have appreciated being asked before the trainer pushed the stylist who was in the middle of shampooing my hair, out of the way. The trainer was great, but the trainer could do with some training around consent.

Service was fantastic the girls are all very nice and accomadateing, I did not leave happy with my hair however I have never had a problem with them matching to a picture I have shown and I wanted grey coverage and I did not get that even after we did a second colour I left unsatisfied with my colour but not to the hairdressers skills faults but the wrong strength in bleach I believe. I was also a little shocked at the price we pay now days for hair you no longer get a scalp massage? And have to pay for blow drying! Your customers should leave your salon at that price with dry styler hair!

I've been searching for the right salon for a while, and I’m so glad I found Encore Hair! ✨ The whole team was warm, professional, and genuinely attentive - I felt very welcomed. I saw Nicole for my cut and colour, she was amazing - really took the time to understand what I was after, checked in throughout the process, and delivered exactly what I was hoping for. Today was a return visit for me and the first time for my teenager. My hair is perfect, as usual and my daughter’s gorgeous. Her highlights look natural and it’s every thing she wanted and more. The apprentices, Miriam and Stella did a gorgeous blow out on both of us. Love, love, love this salon.

I had a beautiful friendly young woman trim my hair today. She was so helpful and offered advice about my dry hair issue. I was asked by another lovely lady if I would like a cuppa. The end result was perfect. My overall experience was very positive with this salon, and I will definitely be a returning client.

Chris was amazing! I haven't had time to cut my hair in ages and he understood completely. He knew exactly what to do to make my hair look brand new. The salon is nice and clean with the staff being great. Highly recommend.

I had my hair done by Kyla. Even though she is training you wouldn't be able to tell the difference from a senior hair stylist. All the ladies in the salon were so lovely and accomodating and I am so happy with the results of my hair. The prices are amazing too. Thankyou!!!!!

I went in needing a cut asap as the night before I decided to hack at my hair. The lovely young girl spoke with me and got me in straight away. She communicated well and guided me throughout the cut. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. It’s a beautiful, clean salon with lovely ladies.

Nat did a beautiful cut and blow wave under the excellent supervision and education of Debbie. It’s a v nice cut and I’m v happy w the blow dry also. I have curly hair and have trouble finding a good hairdresser yet I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be coming back. Although the salon was very busy I never felt forgotten. Allisa the 1st yr apprentice dud a great job with my colour, was very professional & pleasant & didn't take offence when I told her I was not a chatty person. She was well checked & supervised by her seniors so I felt my hair was cared for. Debbie of course did a wonderful cut & overall care of me as her client.
