I was very nervous for my first appointment at Woolloongabba after being at the Algester store for many years. Rosie was so approachable, listened clearly to what I want and do with my hair, and worked to make sure the end result matched what I was after. She also has extensive knowledge on the science behind hair and was so educative in a way that was professional but supportive. Really looking forward to my next appointment with Rosie!

I LOVE the Ella and Jade team so so much! Everyone that has worked on my hair has been SO professional and intentional with my hair. They moved their Algester salon to the Gabba so now I have to come from down south but it’s SO worth it everytime! Impossible for me to leave without a smile ❤️thanks peeps!

Fantastic salon. Was quite nervous about making a huge change to my hair. Rosie was absolutely wonderful. We discussed what I was after in detail and she gave me advice in how to manage my new hair style. Was thrilled with the final result. It is very difficult to find a hairdresser that can deal with african hair and Rosie's knowledge and experience resulted in an excellent cut and style. Plus the whole salon experience is like a pamper session with a pastry or cheese option, drink, scalp message with either a hot/cold eye mask while at the basin. Highly recommend!
