As always - lovely experience with the staff. This is the first time I’ve been in the salon with the trainer present. Just want to add that would be good if the trainer would ask clients if they are ok for trainees to do their hair. I wasn’t really given the option to say no. Not that I would have, but would have appreciated being asked before the trainer pushed the stylist who was in the middle of shampooing my hair, out of the way. The trainer was great, but the trainer could do with some training around consent.

I felt welcome the moment I stepped into the salon. Absolutely love my haircut. Nicole is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to hair. My only regret is that it took me so long to make the appointment with her.

Came back in for a second appointment with Breeahna, as a new stylist to the salon I can see she takes great pride and time with her work. We exchanged photos back and forth she explained the correct terms with me I’m pregnant too so was very patient to take extra care. We had a vision is mind and she was tentative to get the right colour and care that I needed. Made sure I was comfy too as I said I’m pregnant.its great she has so care to ensure I was satisfied. My hair feels healthy and she fulfilled what I was seeking. She needs to trust her instinct more and lead the way. 😊

A really wonderful experience with an emerging hair artist! I can't remember her name, but it's her 18th birthday in a few days, Happy Birthday! I get my hair done once a year, and she made this a special occasion for me. Professional, cared about customer service, and my hair. The salon was busy, but all the ladies helped one another to provide customers with great service and experience. Thank you again, a great local salon to return to!

I've been coming to the salon for years & dont usually mind who cuts my hair. Leah washed, cut & blow dried my hair, whilst having a chat & a laugh & her gorgoeus Irish accent. I left the salon feeling a lot fresher.

Service was fantastic the girls are all very nice and accomadateing, I did not leave happy with my hair however I have never had a problem with them matching to a picture I have shown and I wanted grey coverage and I did not get that even after we did a second colour I left unsatisfied with my colour but not to the hairdressers skills faults but the wrong strength in bleach I believe. I was also a little shocked at the price we pay now days for hair you no longer get a scalp massage? And have to pay for blow drying! Your customers should leave your salon at that price with dry styler hair!

I had a beautiful friendly young woman trim my hair today. She was so helpful and offered advice about my dry hair issue. I was asked by another lovely lady if I would like a cuppa. The end result was perfect. My overall experience was very positive with this salon, and I will definitely be a returning client.

Today was a return visit for me and the first time for my teenager. My hair is perfect, as usual and my daughter’s gorgeous. Her highlights look natural and it’s every thing she wanted and more. The apprentices, Miriam and Stella did a gorgeous blow out on both of us. Love, love, love this salon.

I had a hair disaster (totally self-inflicted!) and was honestly too scared to even look at my fringe, let alone style it. The amazing ladies at Koha Salon absolutely saved me. They fixed what felt like an impossible bang situation and somehow reshaped everything to suit my face perfectly. They trimmed the dead ends and added beautiful layers without making any drastic or obvious changes,which is huge for me because I’m terrified of change and have never properly cut my hair before!
