The haircut was excellent. Everyone working there looked absolutely miserable. Not one smile or enthusiast greeting or conversation among the 7+ staff working there from start to finish. Most depressing hair salon we have ever been to. A positive boost is definitely needed from management!

had a wonderful experience with my stylist during my recent visit. Although she was an emerging hairdresser, she was incredibly lovely, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. When she encountered something she wasn’t entirely confident about, she didn’t hesitate to consult with a more experienced stylist to ensure the best outcome. I really appreciated her commitment to making sure I was happy with my cut, and I left feeling great about the result. A fantastic experience overall!

I took my daughter for what I thought was a trim but she flipped the game and wanted a major cut and our hairdresser was absolutely amazing. I was worried that we wouldn’t have time for such a big job but lucky enough our stylist had the time and she did a wonderful job and I can’t thank you enough.

I had my haircut done by another hairdresser on Thursday and they completely ruined my hair. I booked in with Encore as they were top rated in Ipswich (100% agree) to try and fix my hair. I was served my Nicole and OMG I LOVE MY HAIR! She went over what I wanted, washed, styled and made my hair absolutely perfect! She was a lifesaver and saved my hair. The products she used smelt so good and looked great on my hair that I had to buy some!! I have re-booked again in 8 weeks with her and have finally found a hair salon that I want to stick with hopefully for a long time. Thank you so much x
