I haven’t had my hair done in over a year and was struggling to find a salon that looked like it was worth the visit, Ella&Jade provided so much more than expected. The service was amazing, everyone is so lovely and i honestly couldn’t have been more happy with my hair. I’ve been low key squealing about it since i got home!!

Gill has restored my faith in getting curly hair cuts. She did an excellent job, listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. On top of that the salon is gorgeous and inviting, with great complementary extras like beverages, eye masks and head massages with the cut. I’ll definitely be back!

Anna was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand how I like my hair to sit on the daily. She then discussed how she would cut my hair so that I can achieve my goals. Additionally, she taught me about hair products and wasn’t pushy with sales. Anna was respectful about me doing my research and maintained friendliness throughout my appointment. Just over 7 hours in the chair for a colour correction, I walked out with far better results than I was expecting! Amazing service and took the time to listen to what I was wanting to achieve and then walked me through how to get there. So happy I found Ella & Jade!

From start to finish , it was a pure delight. So many little details and care. From my delicious coffee, chilled eye mask and essential oils to my fantastic head massage at the basin and ultimately the best blow dry I've ever had. My hair was 100% beautiful. The staff were glorious . Cant wait for another event to have my hair done again. Wonderful experience 😊

Love this salon! Katryna and Alex did a wonderful job making my daughter look extra gorgeous and feel fabulous for her semi-formal. They are both Masters of Hair and Makeup and I would highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you ladies!

This was my first visit to this salon. Sharon is great. She listened to what I needed and made great suggestions to improve my hair colour and style. The salon has a wonderful friendly vibe and was a joy to be at. The hair was experience was amazingly relaxing thanks to a chair that lays you flat so no more sore neck. Also the head massage was really good. Thanks ladies.

I came in crying with botched hair from a previous hair dresser. They transformed my hair to the most healthy and beautiful looking hair! They put a treatment through my hair that made it go from dreadlock appearance to shiny and smooth. Can’t thank them enough for helping me! They have just gained a regular customer!

10/10 I had a hair wash and blow dry and the results was fantastic and fabulous and great customer service and i definitely will be coming back 😊☺️💛
