I don't understand why anyone would prefer to go to an impersonal, upmarket salon, only to sit in fancy chairs, when they can get the same result (or even better!) at an affordable price at a salon whose staff care about their customers and the outcome of their work. As usual, the ladies did a wonderful job! I had a full head of foils and the colour turned out fantastically! Also, great cut, blowdry, eyebrow tint/wax and eyelash tint. And a couple of nice strong cups of tea to keep me awake through what was a relaxing experience :-)

My first experience with Melissa was a breeze. Her new client processes were easy to navigate and fill out and were super helpful to know we would be on the same page when I walked through the door. She has a great salon space, was so lovely and did a great job on my hair!

The absolute best! Thank you soo much for doing such a great job with my sons first hair cut. Cool calm and collected put my son at ease he didn’t even scream or fight it. Enjoyed the experience. $10 sons first hair cut was less then service deserved I tried to tip $10 extra but she wouldn’t take it. I’m soo bummed this business is not back in NZ or would be our regular salon ❤️

Amy is a great hairdresser who takes the time to listen to what you want for your hair. She is also just really fun to chat to! So glad I found her as I've had a couple of really great cuts from her (both a curly cut and a normal style cut). I referred one of my friends with really curly hair to her too, and he was super happy with his hair afterwards. Highly recommend.

I have never felt so accommodated and so relaxed at a salon. I had my 10month old son with me and was anxious to see how he would go. There was a toy room and plenty of toys for him to play with, he was happy for 2 hours!! I am so happy with my hair too, from a faded copper to a lovely blonde. Thankyou!

I love mums n bubs. Great little home salon that both my kids and I feel comfortable in. Alitsia is a great hairdresser and fantastic with the kids. I also appreciate that you don’t need to wait for hours when you get there as she usually have one client at a time. Always friendly, offering a coffee and Mum chat when needed. Reasonably priced, local and easy to book online.

Omg each and every time I go to see Christine I am given the best experience possible a beautiful hair cut foils wash head massage and everything in between. I have been going to see Christine for approximately 20 years and hope she will be looking after me for the next 20 years. Absolutely loved my first experience at this cute and professional home salon! Melissa took the time to listen to all of my hair concerns and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before getting started. Even though it was just a cut, I never felt rushed – she really gave it the time and care it needed. The prices were amazing for the level of service, and the little take-home goodie bag with samples, a pen, and a magnet was such a thoughtful touch. Booking and payment were super easy too. I left feeling so happy with my hair and the whole experience. Highly recommend! Will be back!
