It's always a beautiful experience having my hair done at Encore with Nicole and Allera. Best hair ever in the beautiful salon. Always come out feeling pampered and looked after. My hair has never been in such great condition.

It was a great pampering session with Tori. Tori took time to find out what sort of blonde foils and also photos of different types of blonde hair and colours and names that would suit me and my colouring and she also asked me what my blonde colour was like when I was younger as well. I am so happy with the results. I look forward to seeing Tori again for my next hair appointment in December. I have already had friends ask where did I get my hair done.

Excellent. My mother has been unwell for ages and desperately needed a perm. The service was excellent and her hair looked wonderful and she felt good about herself. Excellent. Would highly recommend this salon

Krystal took the extra time to explain the difference between colours and decided to mix two to achieve my desired colour. . She went above and beyond and was constantly checking if I was happy and if I needed anything ! I left the salon in love with my hair. I will continue to book with Krystal

I had my haircut done by another hairdresser on Thursday and they completely ruined my hair. I booked in with Encore as they were top rated in Ipswich (100% agree) to try and fix my hair. I was served my Nicole and OMG I LOVE MY HAIR! She went over what I wanted, washed, styled and made my hair absolutely perfect! She was a lifesaver and saved my hair. The products she used smelt so good and looked great on my hair that I had to buy some!! I have re-booked again in 8 weeks with her and have finally found a hair salon that I want to stick with hopefully for a long time. Thank you so much x

I was honestly reluctant to go to gayes salon. I had an awful experience Yeats ago and have avoided all the locations like the plague. I was so glad I tried again and went today! Chris cut my hair and he did such a good job and even blew out, put up and did my hair before leaving. I went in feeling nervous and left feeling confident and beautiful. Best cut in years, I will definitely be back.
