I haven’t had my hair done in over a year and was struggling to find a salon that looked like it was worth the visit, Ella&Jade provided so much more than expected. The service was amazing, everyone is so lovely and i honestly couldn’t have been more happy with my hair. I’ve been low key squealing about it since i got home!!

Went here for the first time today, I haven’t had good experiences at past salons so going in I was nervous. Emma (correct me if wrong) did my hair and I have never loved it more, she did a consultation with me first to understand what I wanted with my hair and gave me exactly that. She listened to how I wanted my colour and how much I wanted off. Will be coming back to her, thank you!

Gill has restored my faith in getting curly hair cuts. She did an excellent job, listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. On top of that the salon is gorgeous and inviting, with great complementary extras like beverages, eye masks and head massages with the cut. I’ll definitely be back!

Anna was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand how I like my hair to sit on the daily. She then discussed how she would cut my hair so that I can achieve my goals. Additionally, she taught me about hair products and wasn’t pushy with sales. Anna was respectful about me doing my research and maintained friendliness throughout my appointment. Love this salon! Katryna and Alex did a wonderful job making my daughter look extra gorgeous and feel fabulous for her semi-formal. They are both Masters of Hair and Makeup and I would highly recommend them to everyone! Thank you ladies!

Jess always does a fantastic job with my hair colour - a genius with all techniques and shades, from blondes to brunettes and beyond. She always asks and listens to my changing hair needs to address the right solutions, and to ensure that I leave the salon looking fabulous! Jess works incredibly hard to schedule appointments to fit your needs, and the hair team members are always punctual and on time to start your hair as soon as you arrive so there is no waiting around. Highly recommend!

This was my first visit to this salon. Sharon is great. She listened to what I needed and made great suggestions to improve my hair colour and style. The salon has a wonderful friendly vibe and was a joy to be at. The hair was experience was amazingly relaxing thanks to a chair that lays you flat so no more sore neck. Also the head massage was really good. Thanks ladies.
