Claudia has been great since finding her last year. She has done a great job with my hair color and because of this I trust her with her recommendations. It was somewhat disappointing to learn from her that the store and other chains no longer play music in the salons. I will continue to book with Claudia without hesitation and I will be equipped with my own entertainment.

I had the best experience at Koha Salon with Molly! She instantly made me feel so comfortable, like we’d been friends for years. She really listened and knew exactly how to interpret what I wanted and I absolutely love how my hair turned out. Thank you, Molly, for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. This was my first time coming to this salon and as soon as I walked in the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Teegan was fantastic. She listened and provided feedback about my request. She was also passionate about it and made me feel really good about my choice. Definitely recommend and will be coming in again.

Absolutely love, love, love my hair! The service received today was above my expectations. I’m reluctant to recommend my stylist as I want to keep her all to myself and not let anyone book her up from me, but that would be selfish and unfair as she goes above and beyond.

This was my first visit to GRG’s Hair Salon, and I came in needing correction work from a previous salon experience. The owner was incredibly helpful and understanding, taking the time to listen and make sure I got the style I originally wanted. I walked out feeling absolutely fantastic, with a result that exceeded my expectations. She also gives the best head massages, which made the whole experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.

Did a very great job and I left the salon feeling confident and beautiful with my new style cut, super happy with my hair!

Loved the hair oil massage, lovely ladies in the salon, will be going back again!

I was recently treated to a hair wash, blow dry and straighten along with a toner/treatment @ Kona salon in Springfield. To be honest I did not know they were there! I was surprised and most impressed with the Salon -and the staff were friendly too! I was interested to hear they open early morning and late evenings which would suit me with my busy schedule. Thank you Koha salon. I will be back :)

Love getting my hair done at Koha. Have visited both Ipswich and Springfield salons and both very relaxing vibes. Very reasonable hair packages available which I love. Lovely friendly team at Springfield, shout out to Emily for my regrowth tint, cut and blowdry. My hair always feels amazing, best head masaages I will definitely be back again.

Everyone is very friendly at the salon and offer excellent service. They use top of the range products on your hair. Zoe is a fantastic hair technician who is charismatic, helpful and so down to earth. If you want a warm and inviting experience with a few laughing moments she is your girl.

Staff was friendly and salon was neat and clean but best of all was my great haircut. Thanks Helen great job as always.
