What Alaine provides is far beyond "just" a massage. It is the beautiful location, the studio, the decor, the thoughtful little extra touches, the calm pace, the patience... it is everything. I have never been to a massage that has felt so relaxed pre and post... to be brought fresh berries and a chocolate with a choice of herbal teas and told to take my time. Rene was very warm, friendly and professional. She provided a lot of knowledge and made good suggestions to the issues I am facing. From the foot soak at the start to the fresh fruit at the end, this was a total experience not just a massage/facial. Alaine was so welcoming for my first visit yesterday to om Holistic and the location of The Bothy was peaceful and full of autumnal light. Not knowing what to expect from a lymphatic drainage massage, we talked through why I had chosen the experience and Alaine explained what the treatment would entail. During the treatment, it felt like time had stopped and calmness took over my usually busy mind. I've continued to feel a lightness today, having slept so well last night. Alaine made me feel cared for and listened to, with all the extra touches adding to the enjoyment.

I had the most relaxing few hours a ōm holistic for a fully body massage and head/scalp massage - I practically floated out of there. Alaine is a wonderful therapist, and takes the time to understand you, your aims for the treatment, and gives you plenty of time to relax both before and after. The setting is beautiful too, I couldn't recommend more!
