This is a 5.0 star review. My stylist was ANDY. I have had many bad experiences with hair cut services. I have necessitated only 2 visits to hospital emergency since living in Metro Vancouver. Both were the result of a bad experience at a salon or barber. I can't disclose the specific issues treated by compassionate doctors, but they were true emergencies that couldn't wait for a walk-in clinic the next day. To me it is thus necessary to protect myself against bad behaviour. Andy EXCEEDED expectations results wise and is the most attentive and respectful stylist I've ever met.

Jamie did an incredible job! This was my second appointment, and once again I’m so impressed with the results. She took the time to truly understand my needs and carefully analyzed the right color and haircut for my hair. The final result looks amazing, I honestly can’t stop admiring it. If you’re looking for a skilled Korean hair stylist who understands face shape and knows how to create the right layered haircut, Jamie is the one to go to. I’ll definitely be back, and if Jamie ever opens her own salon, I’d follow without hesitation. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to the salon, but I wasn’t worried because we trusted the Korean stylist. My son’s hair had been growing freely with a perm for the past three months, so I thought it would be hard to make it look nice. Got my haircut and color done by her and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She understood exactly what I wanted within minutes — no long explanations needed — and executed it perfectly. What I appreciated most was how gentle and attentive she was, especially around my left ear piercing. She was so careful the whole time, which made the experience extra comfortable and thoughtful. The experience was wonderful. My daughter was nervous going to a new salon and the environment was inviting and the stylist was very kind. My daughter’s haircut was great and she said she would like to go back. I would also like to try a lot of the services available, staff were very informative and helpful with my questions.
