What a wonderful experience! As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted with a friendly smile and offered to put your bags in a locker with a key. The salon is modern and clean. It was my first time here and my appointment was with Tomomi. She is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. We discussed travels (Japan!), food and hair! I plan to add some colour to my hair this summer and we discussed different options. She gave me all the scenarios and what it would take to or how long it could take. I am looking forward to my next appointment and really recommend her!!!

I recently had my haircut and perm done by Susan at V Salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Susan is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive to detail. My second visit, and it was every bit as sensational as the first. I chose the word deliberately due to the head message while having my hair washed, and because of the delight and confidence I felt as I left with a great haircut. Tomo smashed it again! SO IN LOVE with my hair now. Thank you Nuvida! Came in to see Sophia. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions based on my hair type. Steph is a master stylist and the only one I trust my hair with. She is easy to talk to, listens and then does her magic! There hasn’t been a single time I haven’t been 100% happy with the results. The salon space is inviting, comfortable and conveniently located. You’re missing out if you’re not on the Guest List!

I've been coming to Moods for many years , and have always loved Chad's attention to detail and his ability to bring out the the very best in my hair ! Even after moving to Powell River a few years ago , I still decided to come back to Moods because I have not experienced anyone with as much expertise, knowledge, and at the same time, grace and humility as Chad. The salon itself is so lovely and has a tranquility and sense of peace as soon as you walk in and are greeted at the front desk. I always feel beautiful when I have had a session with Chad and I recommend Moods to everyone!
