Sophia (or at least I think her name was Sophia) at the salon is an absolute expert when it comes to scalp massages and shampoos. Her massages are perfectly balanced—not too soft, not too strong—delivering just the right amount of pressure for a fantastic experience. Meanwhile, Eden performed a meticulous haircut that matched the reference photo with astonishing precision. He worked within the given conditions to create a style that suited me best while staying true to the photo. Compared to other salons in Vancouver, this place truly stands out for its exceptional service and skill!

My experience at Trim salon was very positive. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful and there's a very easy-going, comfortable vibe. As a first time client recovering from some hair trauma, I brought a lot of nervous energy to the appointment. Regi was great at talking me through where I'd been and where I wanted to go with my hair. When the initial results were not quite what I'd hoped for, she heard me out and was willing to work with me until I was happy with the result. I had such a great experience at the salon. GiHye was professional,listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. She listened and also gave feedback regarding the style that would suite my face. Forme as a salon has a high quality and relaxing atmosphere. It is always clean and well-maintained. There aren't too many chairs or services, so the noise level isn't overwhelming. I have been seeing Riki for the better part of a year, and I always enjoy talking to him. He takes good care of my hair and gives me honest, straightforward advice when I ask for it.

I had an amazing experience at Tio’s! Tio is not only a true professional who knows absolutely everything about his job, but he is also incredibly friendly and outgoing. I’ve been seeing Jun for my hair coloring needs for a few years now and he’s just as amazing as usual. He’s a total gentleman, extremely kind, and has a great sense of humour. He always asks about your hair health and hands out Pocky/snacks and a drink of the customers choice. They do a quick scalp massage during your hair wash and shoulder massage afterwards. Everyone at the salon have impeccable hospitality!

Really good, Josh listens to my comments about what is hard to do with my hair and we go back and forth on options and preferences to accommodate the challenges I find to keep my hair away from my face, and it works best for me in sports + other activities. The salon has a great atmosphere, everyone is friendly and pleasant to be with. .
