I had the best haircut experience in Vancouver with Yuki! 💖 She was so gentle and respectful, always checking what I like and don’t like, making me feel completely comfortable. I also got a lovely scalp cleansing treatment and a super relaxing massage. 10/10 - highly recommend!

Got my dream pastel pink hair color from Black Asian Hair. Hana is very careful and always makes sure I’m comfortable during the long procedure. I am very satisfoed with the result. Will definitely be back when I visit Vancouver again.

I came here all the way from Vancouver Island to get Japanese hair straightening, and I can honestly say it was worth the trip! Harry knew exactly what I wanted for my hair and did an amazing job. He was professional, attentive, and made sure the results turned out beautifully. I’m so happy with how smooth and straight my hair looks. May was such an attentive and knowledgeable hairstylist. She really knows hair coloring techniques and my color + haircut session went above and beyond my expectations. She really understood and went over many inspiration photos with me going over the pros and cons before we decided on what to do with my hair. I highly recommend May. The hair salon was also very spacious, clean and inviting.

The salon got renovated recently. It looks more modern and nice. It’s a pleasant place for a haircut. Fuko has been my hair stylist for years. She is always very passionate and friendly. She always takes her time to know what her customers really want. She is patient and is an awesome hairdresser. Highly recommended!

I had a fantastic experience at Cafuné! I have very dense, naturally curly, and coarse hair, and after two bad haircuts and even some self-cutting, my hair was a disaster when i saw chiaki. On top of that, I had a very specific style in mind, so I was nervous going in. But the result came out exactly the way I wanted. It’s been about a month now, and I still love my haircut so much. Thank you Chiaki for helping me appreciate my natural curly hair after so many years of straightening it.

I got a haircut and color with Shingo—he’s the best hairstylist I’ve ever had! I had highlights for about five years and wanted to go back to my natural dark brown color. I visited Mophead today for the first time & had the pleasure of having James as my stylist. I initially went in just for a trim, but he graciously accommodated my last-minute request for a color change as well. The results are absolutely beautiful—I truly feel like a whole new person! James is incredibly skilled & passionate about what he does. He took the time to teach me how to properly style my hair & recommended the right products to use. He even let me know I could message him anytime if I had questions or needed styling tips. I highly recommend James (hairbyjchen) & Mophead!

Very pleasant and thorough shampooing process. Scalp massage was the best part. Hairdresser has good technique. He blew the little pieces of hair off my gown 3 times at least. When I left he saw hairs left on my tee shirt. He and the receptionist offered to roll those off with a lint stick. 1-hour of paid parking needed for a haircut as they do spend such time, on me at least. I did notice if I pay for parking using the **HangTag app** the price is $1.50 for an hour, but when I scan the QR code on the wall sign, the price quoted is $2.49 per hour.
