Great experience from top to bottom. Great customer care from the second I walked in the door. The space is beautiful and my barber was beyond talented. You cant go wrong here. Victoria gave me a great cut and beard trim. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and then delivered in spades ♠️. I will stop in for a cut every time I am in Vancouver now. This was my first time at i's and my first time meeting Mii. She gave me the best haircut I've ever had in my whole life. My daughter got a haircut and absolutely loves her new style. I got a digital perm into a wave style, and it looks really good on me! I loved what he did for both of us. We traveled all the way from the USA just to get our hair done, and coming to Eden was completely worth it. He was so kind and explained in detail how to manage my hair. Yuki was amazing! She communicated with me beforehand to make sure she understood the haircut I was looking for, and she was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process. She gave me helpful tips and advice based on my hair type, especially since my hair is quite thin. She cut my hair in a way that gave it so much more volume, which was exactly what I was looking for. I’m really happy with the result and would definitely recommend Yuki!

It was my first time in Canada, and after landing early in the morning, I was looking for a quick haircut. I visited a couple of shops, but one was closed and the other was fully booked. Luckily, I found Burly Barber on Fresha and managed to get an appointment. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, and Sunny was fantastic. I only showed him a few photos, and he immediately understood the style I wanted. His attention to detail and skill were impressive, and the haircut turned out exactly how I imagined.
