I had a very pleasant experience today with Azama. She really has a way of making you feel welcome and at home and holds such great conversations that makes you want to stay the whole day. One suggestion I would make is that I noticed she had to get nail tips from different boxes which kind of delays the process. It seems as if the small size nail tips are in high demand and thus runs out fast leaving the nail techs running around looking for correct sizes. This is not the first time that happened at BOA. Other than that everything else was fantastic.

I had an amazing nail appointment with Anesu. Her nail prep was perfect - professionally done and left me feeling like my nails were in the best hands. I went home with the biggest smile on my face. Got my FIRST eyelash extensions for the first time on 09.02.2022 (I will NEVER forget this date as I was so excited, I arrived a week early 🤣 ) and what an absolute pleasure it was and still is to this day! I found a still find the process enjoyable and time flies by as we chat away. Yumna is a professional of note, so knowledgeable as well as being cognizant of the fact that I wear glasses and advised me on the length of the lashes I should consider. She explained everything she was doing as well as how best to maintain your new lashes (once you leave her care). Thank you Yumna ❤️

My Sunday nail procedure did not cure and I was upset at having to take time off work and spend travelling time to have them redone. Pello did a redo in 30mins that was great so I was very happy and the manager was very apologetic . So all good. Thank you
