Got a beautiful set of nails! The nail technician was a bit withdrawn and perhaps slightly unfriendly. I understand everyone has bad days but this seems to be a common theme with your nail technicians at all branches it seems…..as I go to different locations everytime, (CBD, Claremont, Rondebosch and now Observatory). I had visited a different branch in Cape Town before and was quite disappointed with the results. However, when I went to BOA on Bree, I was warmly welcomed by the lovely manager, Savannah, who didn’t hesitate to fit me in and ensure my nails were absolutely perfect! She really made me feel heard and valued as a client! I was then assisted by Charity as my nail technician, and she was phenomenal — truly exceeded my expectations. An 11/10 experience! I highly recommend this branch. 😊

Portia is super friendly and always delivers exactly what I want. The quality of her nail work is impeccable. It lasts for weeks. I used to go to Boa and the polish was off the next week. My nails would always break. With Portia my natural nails have grown long and strong. I highly recommend using her.

I was very impressed with Patience the technician..service... Just shocked at the price of my nails 💅..all I did was a standard mani with gel polish instead of a French manicure.that I booked ..and 6 of my OWN NAIL STICKERS TO PUT ON MY NAILS ..ND I WAS CHARGED EXTRA FOR THAT 😞 . OTHERWISE my sister was impress wth her service as well

Love love having Liya see to my nails. Soft gel tips September & October cause my nails are very short & brittle ..now having nail strengthening done then in next 2weeks go for polygel with no14 colour. Very happy with progress.

What an amazing experience! The ladies are all so lovely, I had Feli as my technician and she was truly incredible. Just by assessing my nails she could tell that I was due for a soak off and reapplication, the nail art is exactly what I wanted, would highly recommend!
