Highly Recommend Silk Beauty I had my very first waxing experience at Silk, and I cannot recommend them enough! I was a bit nervous going in, but Claudine completely put me at ease. Got my FIRST eyelash extensions for the first time on 09.02.2022 (I will NEVER forget this date as I was so excited, I arrived a week early 🤣 ) and what an absolute pleasure it was and still is to this day! I found a still find the process enjoyable and time flies by as we chat away. Yumna is a professional of note, so knowledgeable as well as being cognizant of the fact that I wear glasses and advised me on the length of the lashes I should consider. She explained everything she was doing as well as how best to maintain your new lashes (once you leave her care). Thank you Yumna ❤️

I booked this Gel Royal Hands for my sister and her manicurist added the cat eye detail. Nails were done beautifully but manicurist added the detail without informing her that this would add another R110 to the bill. This was her first time getting her nails done with BOA,this was our 40th Birthday twin sister date. So to get to the pay point and to realise that the bill is higher than what was initially booked was extremely off putting.

I really want to thank Pearl for doing my hair so beautifully today and for accomodating me on a Monday morning. This is to no fault of the Bedazzled team but unfortunately a mother bought what looked like her preschool child in for a wash and blow. From arrival throughout the appointment the child cried and screamed. was torture listening to this child cry and scream, I felt so sorry for the stylist and the team. It is also very inconsiderate of the mother to do this. As a mother and aunt to young children this was unbearable and the mother should not have brought her child in.
