Jade is a very masterful stylist who understood what colour style I wanted, and even when the bleach didn’t seem to lift evenly due to a previous dye application, she helped me with other options. I usually have quite awkward experiences at hair salons, but at Kroz hair salon, I was happily accommodated for in a professional and comfortable way! My friend has thick, curly hair and said her stylist knew what he was doing/was well versed in her type of hair (which finding a hairdresser in our area experienced with styling curling hair is something she struggles with).
