Sabine is a hair wizard! She always listens to what I’d like for my hair and knows the best way to cut, colour, and style it to achieve results I couldn’t even imagine. Whenever I leave the salon, I always get compliments on my hair and when it’s curled it lasts all day! That may sound small, but nobody else has ever managed to style my hair without it dropping flat in half an hour. Sabine is also the first stylist to ever make me feel comfortable in a salon, her compliments are always genuine and I know I can trust what she says. She and the whole team at Louka & Co are so welcoming and kind.

I found Rachel through a search and booked an appt as I was impressed by the reviews, and I was not disappointed. Rachel clearly loves what she does : she has a cute little salon (and a cute little dog !), and I immediately felt comfortable when I arrived. Rachel's professionalism really had me feeling confident that she knew what she was doing (and I often get nervous about having my hair cut) and I really trusted that it would go well. She cuts with confidence, even the way she holds her scissors and combs through the hair, it feels like she is fully present and giving 100% to her craft.

Marc & Maxwell is a brilliant salon. It's set in a lovely back street of Surry Hills, away from the hustle and bustle - with a gorgeous view of tree tops bringing an added sense of peace and relaxation to having your hair done. The team do an exceptional job with hair and out of all the salons I have been to in Sydney, Berlin, London, Amsterdam - you name it, it is hands down my best experience in all regards - salon space, hair artists, the experience. I can't recommend highly enough!

I had a great experience at the salon this morning, I was warmly welcomed which was really lovely. Alan and Tiff listened to what I wanted with my hair and they provided welcome input. I enjoyed talking with both Tiff and Alan while they looked after me and the colour and blow dry are fabulous - I have had a few comments on my hair already!
