After 3 years of bad experiences with Salon's, I put all my trust into Jade & teams hands and they did not disappoint! Jade & the team are my xmas miracle and I couldn't be happier. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with smiles and felt so welcomed by the team, got my little platter of nibbles and an offer of champagne... Overall a fantastic experience. First time experience but I have to say WOW!!! Erin asked me if I was okay to wait (which was not a long wait at all) I had my hair done by Chelsea and a honest 10/10 to her, she was super friendly and she did the job AMAZINGLY ❤️ loved my experience and will be going back for my next hair appointment booked in 10 weeks x

Jayne provided amazing customer service. She asked me about my hair and if I had concerns or sensitive scalp etc. and discussed what shampoo and treatment would be best for my very sensitive scalp, and explained why. And my hair and scalp felt exceptional after. She chatted throughout the appointment, and was so friendly and that type of customer service is what keeps clients coming back for more. For me personally, I don’t like to spend a lot of money on my hair. But I I’ll be coming back purely to have my hair done by Jayne for pampering now and then. :)!

I've been looking for a go to hairdresser for the longest time! Ive been jumping from one to another. Lo and behold,Equal Image Salon ticked all the boxes. Service was great! Jade was awesome and was able to execute what I wanted (and even more!) Bella did a fantastic job as well. Time flew so fast that I didn't notice that 8 hrs was over. See you on my next appointment :)

This place ticked every single box for both my partner and I. It was both our first time here and we are both so happy with the results. It has also been the first place I’ve had a consultation about my hair, which I absolutely loved. The conversation was great and I could not be happier with the entire service of today. Safe to say my partner and I will be coming back and we’ll become regulars from here on out! ☺️

Hairdresser, Kylie was pleasant and friendly. Salon was cool and clean with a pleasing atmosphere.

Positive.. Jennifer listened to my concerns, gave sound advice and recommendations. She also gave me a complimentary face mask which was lovely, all her own products, natural and organic. The best hair and beauty Salon I have ever been too. A lovely tranquil atmosphere and no blaring loud music made it such a refreshing place to be at. Anita is superb at what she does. I'll never go anywhere else now.

I like going to Salon Kove,Tahlia is friendly,makes me feel comfortable, she is knowledgeable and getting my hair done is a good pleasant experience. I like the whole atmosphere of the Salon.
