Michael is absolutely amazing! After losing my beloved stylist of 20 years—who set an incredibly high bar—I spent a long time searching for someone who could truly deliver. I tried several stylists in Charlotte, but it was always a compromise: some could handle color but not cuts, and vice versa. Then I found Michael. He’s meticulous with both cut and color, and he’s completely earned my trust. For the first time in a long time, I genuinely love my hair again. I recently relocated to Charlotte and entrusted my hair to Jocelyn after an exhaustive online search. During my first appointment, she performed a thorough analysis of my hair/scalp and provided excellent guidance and service. Jocelyn is not simply a talented stylist; she genuinely cares about hair health. My hair was not in the best condition when I arrived but after my first visit I noticed a change in my elasticity and bounce. She now has me on a strategic path towards a better mane and I am confident my hair will be in good hands.

Courtnie is amazing- and amazing doesn’t full describe how great she is. I have very curly hair- 3a-3b curl type- and when I say she slayed the cut and the style- she’s an absolute queen, along with amazing top and convo throughout my hair appointment- I also want to mention that she needs the credit she deserves for being able to handle curly cuts! My hair was mid length and I wanted a chop, she went above and beyond my expectations! If you’re looking for an experienced stylist- she’s the one you need to be booking with! Jocelyn is amazing as always. Took my 8 year old daughter for a wash, cut,.blow dryer. She is quick, shows attention to detail, and is gentle. My daughter loves coming to get her hair done. We saw a difference in the strength of hair after one visit. The second was even better. So yourself a favor and book!

The tea tree oil for my beard burns my skin. Forehead and cheek bones, not where the straight razor shaved. Tried it twice to confirm, no clay mask the second time. Is there an alternative next time?

Darlene's great! She's really pleasant and she knows her stuff! I've been on a hunt for a hairdresser in Charlotte and she popped up on my radar. My hair was looking dull and was breaking real bad. Best believe that I started to see a change in my hair after the first visit. Her treatment regimen has definitely made a difference, as now, my hair is looking healthier and the shedding is subsiding. My hunt has officially ended and I'm happy.

Darlene worked her magic on my hair. The scalp treatment soothed my scalp so much that I could have fallen a sleep. The flexi rod style turned out much prettier than I could have imagined.
