Getting my daughters hair braided by Ty was the best experience since I’ve been in Dallas. She has a warm welcoming energy and very pleasant. She started on time and finished early and my daughter’s hair looked great. If I was going to remain in Dallas, Ty would have absolutely been my Braider. Thank you again!!!

I recently relocated to Dallas and was looking for a stylist who can do micro inks and take care of my natural hair. Luckily for me, I found Shandra on instragram through some IG tags. I travel all the way from Dallas to South Arlington to sit in her chair every other week because she is just that talented. I have been going to DSN for the longest. The staff is so amazing! They made my daughter feel so comfortable and was so patient with her. I never have any complaints about my hair. I never have a specific style, I usually just let them do what they want and my hair always turns out amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. The place is clean and organized and hospitality is top tier. Thank you ladies so much!!

Ms. Diena did an outstanding job With my natural hair style ( Cornrows and Two strand twists). The energy is so positive in her salon. I am definitely a repeat customer. Rebecca is hands down the truth! I came in for a maintenance appointment on my sew-in, and she worked her magic from start to finish. She gave my hair a thorough wash, a nourishing conditioner, and styled it to perfection. My sew-in looks fresh, laid, and better than ever! Rebecca took her time, was super professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I always leave her chair feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend she never misses!

I'd give the ladies at Beauty Concepts 10 stars if I could, lol. I actually visited the new location for my services this time and it is bright with beautiful signage and a convenient supply shop attached. I'm very impressed! I actually had the pleasure of speaking with Mrs Valerie for a time during this visit and she's lovely! Of course my style (knotless boho braids) came out perfectly as well. I'm so glad that this shop is local for me and my family. I've been a customer for years, visit frequently, and highly recommend them!

I booked this appointment for me and my niece. We were welcomed and taken straight back for our appointment. The facility was beautiful and clean! We did the head spa treatment and it was AWESOME!! We will definitely do it again. Everyone was so kind and made us feel comfortable. It was a very nice experience!!!

OMG when I tell you, I have gone to so many Braid shops because I’m very particular about my hair. The owner of the shop is so passive and truly concerned about the style and look you want and give you just what you asked for.

Helen did all of my services. I had the Japanese Scalp Spa, Swedish Massage, Hair Mask, 2 in 1 Shampoo & Scalp Scrub, and the Back Scrub. Everything was beyond wonderful! The Scalp Spa was very nice, especially the neck/shoulder massage. The Swedish Massage was one of the best I've ever had. A lot of time spent on my legs and feet which is not typical in my experience. I really loved that hot stones were included. Also, hot/wet towels were used to remove Massage oil and then dry towels. Again, not something I've had before and it was SO nice. Back Scrub was fantastic. I will be back!!!

The was the the first time I’ve ever done this and I can say it was great!!! The only downside was that when they hair dry your hair they put no heat protection and it gets very hot
