After moving to Seattle six years ago, it was surprisingly difficult to find a beauty salon that felt both clean and truly professional. We finally found that here. Jot is incredible—my eyebrows come out perfect every single time, and her experience really shows in the results. We’ve tried both threading and waxing, and even though my sister and I have sensitive skin, we’ve never had any irritation or issues. The booking process is also super convenient since you can easily choose who you want to see. I highly recommend this place!

As always, all the services I have availed so far at Galaxy Beauty Salon are way higher in quality when compared to any other beauty salons I have been here in Seattle. Highly recommend, they are not only amazing in their services, also very professional and courteous at the same time. I got facial done and I am super amazed at the outcome and the results.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Delicia at Sweet Melanin salon! I went in for a wash and blow dry before getting twists, and Delicia truly made it a 5-star experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, talking me through every product she used and why it was beneficial for my hair. She was also perfectly timely, keeping my appointment on schedule, and her kindness made the whole process so enjoyable. My hair felt amazing, and I left feeling pampered and informed. Highly recommend Delicia!

Hair cut fantastic. Very friendly staff and owner. Best scalp massage ever! Thank you. When it comes to styling, it's not one's fault but I am very particular in how I style my hair. No one can style it to my satisfaction. However, this was the best attempt by a stylist I've ever had. :)

Angela has been washing my hair every week now for a month since it was very dry and frizzy after bleaching. There was already a huge difference after one week, but after going to her consistently and taking care of my hair at home, it feels and looks so much better. My hair is less frizzy and is so soft, I highly recommend going to her, she truly cares for her clients hair!

Angela did such an amazing job on my hair! I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but she helped me figure out a style that suited me while keeping it in my comfort zone. I tend to go for simple looks since big changes make me nervous, but I trusted her, and she delivered beyond my expectations! She gave me a perfect V-cut, an amazing wash (her head massages are the best!), and a soft blowout. She’s so easy to talk to, really listens, and even suggested products to help my hair. You can tell she genuinely cares—I left feeling so confident and happy. Highly recommend her!

Clean and fun environment, our daughter tolerated well for the most part, and the haircut was fine. I just wish the stylist didn't imply so much we don't know what we want and helped us along the way with what's the best style for our daughter. Also, it's better not to give little toys to toddlers because they don't want to give them back!
