Ashlee is incredibly talented and I love her salon experience. Laid back and comfortable so it’s enjoyable enduring the time it takes for extensions. Her assistant Tasia is lovely and does a great job supporting the efforts with styling, blowouts, highlighting and haircuts. Highly recommend them to everyone!

I've been going to Ashlee and ERA Extensions Salon for years and am always very pleased with her skill and thorough knowledge of coloring/styling techniques. From the moment I stepped into the building to when I got on the chair to get my haircut, Theresa was super friendly, professional, and was super communicative. I really liked how easy it was to book and how her form specified beforehand how I want our session to go (ex: sociable session, quiet, etc). I absolutely loved the experience. Her price is reasonable with everything that I got done today. I've always had "ok" haircuts but this was AMAZING. I totally cried from happiness Internally when she was done haha. I definitely recommend her and will be coming back and referring friends and fam.

I had a great first visit with Layered Locks LLC. Natalia is very warm and welcoming. We discussed my hair qualities and she proceeded to give me a VERY CUTE haircut with styling. As a newcomer to the area, she helped me navigate the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I am very pleased, will continue to go to Layered Locks and would recommend them to anyone. Also, her prices are very fair.

Zach is a true artist with the brain of a scientist! He understands color and hair like no one else I've ever met. I came to Zach based on a friend's recommendation and he did an amazing transformation on my hair! He has earned a customer for life!

Second time seeing Alejandra. I live in Seattle and come down to Phoenix 3 to 4 times a year to visit my daughter. Alejandra did such a fantastic job the first time I had to see her again. At this visit she provided me a color consult in addition to my haircut. She also looked at my daughter's wavy hair and describe what she would do for a cut help the curls lay better. So next time I come down for a cut, I will also book my daughter for back to back appointments.

Natalia is absolutely the best with scissors and color I have experienced in Phoenix She is flexible and creative kind and nice. I strongly recommend her to anyone
