I’ve been struggling to find a stylist in Pittsburgh ever since I moved here 1.5 years ago. You’d think a short straight chop bob would be easy but I guess not! All that changes at Hairsmith! She identified what needed to be done to give me the cut I want and fixed a really gnarly haircut I had before. I’ll be coming back for sure!

It took me 20 years to find a salon at home that knew how to cut Asian hair. So when I needed to find a Pittsburgh salon who did that, I was very hesitant. BUT Ash is GREAT!! Helpful to have a reference picture. He matched what I showed in the picture perfectly, and he made sure throughout the haircut that it was what I wanted. Will be doing my annual haircut here!

My haircut with Eason was great! He was attentive to the style I wanted, and asked questions along the way to make sure it was coming out how I wanted. I have long, straight hair and I wanted layers to take off the weight of my hair. He did a great job.

My headspa experience was luxurious and VERY relaxing. The only cons: the water was a bit cold a couple of times, I left with soaking wet hair, and after I blow-dried it at home, there was an oily residue to it. Overall though, I would highly recommend this service!

The Professionalism 5 stars, Privacy and Safety 5 stars ( Covid guidelines), Attention to hair needs 5 stars, Funny thing, She has such a soft touch when styling my Locs that I was discussing a style and she said I am styling.
