One of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had. Ferdy was excellent — a truly powerful, strong deep tissue massage, exactly what I was looking for. I left feeling my muscles completely released and relaxed, without the usual soreness that comes from overly aggressive pressure. Professional, attentive, and very experienced. Highly recommended if you want a real deep tissue massage and not just a relaxing oil massage.

I've had many massages in Bali, but I tried Blue Cave after reading the excellent reviews online. I have never had such an amazing massage experience! I will now ONLY got to Blue Cave Spa. It is beyond AMAZING. Laying down for a foot massage, while another person does my facial, hand masssage, head massage and face massage, it was an out of body experince and something I will never ever forget. The massage is not done in chairs at the front of the shop, its in private rooms, low lights + relaxing music, with the most respectful staff who know exactly what to do. BEST massage in Bali! I cried!

Such a warm and welcoming space, I had a Oniro signature massage with Maya, who was very attentive and checked in with me regularly throughout. Their menu alone is different from anywhere else I’ve been. Met the owner on arrival and she explained why she created the “Melukat — The Purification Ritual” she noticed that people struggle to actually relax because their minds won’t switch off during treatments. So she designed the whole experience to prep your mind first: bathing, steam, plunge, then assisted stretch and massage. As an entrepreneur, I felt this. My brain’s always going during massages. But this ritual actually quieted it. Walked out actually rested. If you struggle to truly disconnect, this is it.

We got two 90 minute massages and enjoyed every minute. The massage specialists are very knowledgeable and check-in with you throughout the session. Perfect pressure and intensity. We left feeling relaxed and renewed. The front desk staff are also very sweet and polite. The salon is very clean and modern. Highly recommend this place and will be back to check out their other services!

I had a pregnancy massage (currently 5 months pregnant) along with glow boost facial, and it was truly 2hrs of pure bliss! The massage therapist Atik did an amazing job at getting the tension out of my shoulders. The whole massage was very relaxing along with the facial treatments, my skin felt great afterwards. I went with a group of 4 other people who got Balinese massages and used the sauna and cold plunge pool, and we all agreed the massages were great quality and best ones we had. Got the hot stone massage. It was really good. I would say the hot stones didn’t keep the heat as long as I’ve been used to at other places / massages so that could have been better. But the actual massage itself was very good. It was a relaxing and secluded experience. Exactly what I needed

I had an amazing massage at Alam. It was truly relaxing and beautiful. What makes Alam special is the atmosphere. The treatment rooms are in separate rooms (even separate buildings), which makes it feel very private and peaceful. It really feels like stepping into a different world. There is no street noise at all, just nature and complete calmness, which makes it easy to fully switch off. After the treatment they serve jamu, which is such a nice and thoughtful touch. They also have a beautiful saltwater pool where you are invited to relax after your treatment. Highly recommend visiting🤍

This was my first massage in Bali but I could not have been happier with the experience. I went for the Athlete's massage and it was perfect for working out knots while also being super relaxing. My therapist, Elly, was very friendly, incredibly skilled and super attentive. The tea at the end was a lovely way to relax at the end of the treatment. I had the 90-minute Balinese massage with Bu Suma, and it was an amazing experience. My body felt so much lighter and more relaxed afterward. Today is my last day in Bali and I have a late night flight, so it was the perfect way to end my trip. I also really appreciated being able to take a shower after the massage before heading to the airport. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was excellent. The location is also very convenient, right on the main road with easy access. Highly recommended, and thank you, Bu Suma, for such a wonderful massage!
