I had such a lovely experience here! I got a brow lamination and lash lift, and I am so happy with the results. The team was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The salon itself is beautiful, modern, and feels very clean and new. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I’ll be honest, I’ve been putting off getting my lashes tinted and lifted forever because my eyes water every single time. But I finally caved, and I’m so glad I did. Kiki was LOVELY!! She walked me through everything and made me feel totally at ease. Super comfortable chairs, great AC, and good music too btw. I was still doubting it mid-appointment… then I saw my lashes in the mirror. WOW 😮🤯😍 alright, guess I’m coming back 😂 Got my brows done too and walked out feeling like a whole new person. Pro tip: show up early (Bali traffic is NO joke) there’s an amazing café next door! 🫶🏼

Very great experience. Was running late because my flight was delayed and they were amazing to deal with in regards to rescheduling. Came in an hour later and got a lash lift and tint and brow lamination. Very good price and very professional. Nearly fell asleep a few times 😂 that’s how delicate she worked. 10/10

I purchased a double classic lash style (similar to Australian hybrid) and brow lamination with wax. Wanting a refreshed not overdone look. Shinta did exactly what I asked for! 10/10. Beds were extremely comfortable and you are given a blanket, the girls take their time to perfect it but also work very fast as they do both at the same time. Both services took only an hour and a half combined. If you are travelling to Bali and a bit cautious of beauty treatments, don’t be! I highly recommend Prima Lashes. Good hygiene, good location easy to find, fast service, so more time for your holiday!💙

I had the ulu complete hair treatment, eyelash lift and tint and eyebrow wax and tint. My hair feels absolutely amazing! The lady was so gentle and even massaged my neck and shoulders. The lady did an amazing job with my eyebrows and eyelashes, I often feel quite dissatisfied when I get them done in new places but I’ve never been so happy. The place was super clean and beautifully decorated, all the staff were really sweet and they even offer a complimentary drink. 10/10 experience, I would come here regularly if I wasn’t just on holiday here!
