By far, this is definitely one of the best ever if not, the best indeed i've ever experienced getting full body spa massage.. The staffs are all very polite & helpful in any way they can be of service to ensure the customers are getting the best in what they need or looking for.. Can really feel & tell the difference as compared to others elsewhere whenever i did my massages.. Their hospitality & professionalism are really making my day an enjoyable time.. I visited Spa Central Baloi a couple of months ago. This time round I thought I wanted go try other Massage places. In the end after trying another 2 highly rated spa and massage places, I decided to come back to Spa Central Baloi as it is by far the best Spa experience I ever had in Batam. The service is impeccable and sincere. I had another Masseuse by the name Riska, she was equally good and this shows how consistent the standard is. The masseues were well trained and considerate, the session was quiet and comfortable. I will be back again. Thank you for taking care of us!

I love the vibe of the entire property. i think my masseuse's name is Linsa? she is a small woman who is really strong. I had the Women's Wellness package and it was relaxing. Every once in a while, Linsa would ask if I am alright with the strength of her massages. i would 10/10 recommend it to another person. it would be best to make a booking beforehand. the receptionist will contact you via WhatsApp if there is anything they need to ask you.

The Spa provide a good service from the start till the end. They pick us up at the hotel. The Therapist was good in making us comfortable with their massage for 2.5 hrs. At the end of the session they served us with ginger tea and they drop us back at hotel. We have booked for another session ( Facial ) for Sat too

Overall experience was great, from the welcoming of the staff to the ambience and sending us to our dinner place. The only thing wasn't to my expectation was the 30mins choice of our own, we chose head & back but the entire duration of this massage probably only 10mins.

My mom & I had an amazing experience with Spa Central @ Nagoya. We were greeted by Bunda Yus (our designated driver from the spa) at the ferry terminal. She was friendly yet professional. Once we arrived at the spa, we were greeted with a very delicious cucumber drink while we chose the oils & scrubs for our massage. Desi & Amel (hope i got her name right) were our masseuse. The massage was amazing as well! They asked for areas to avoid, what pressure we want as well. Overall, friendly staff & highly recommend!

My therapist is good but sister therapist was terrible, she totally no experience and tell her still no improve on the massage and keep massage her legs only and upper part not even done probably and more like touching.

We had a wonderful day at Spa Central Baloi with Dianty and Kiki(?). The body scrub, followed by hot stones massage was performed with care and adequate pressure as requested. I like the private rooms in this centre, and more importantly, the reclining chairs for foot reflexology. Wonderful day and look forward to coming again in the future.

Hassle-free booking through WhatsApp, and they offer free pick-up service which makes my visit to the spa so easy and convenient! Room is small, but cozy set up, clean and comfortable, but with only a wall divider in between rooms, do expect less-than-ideal silence during massage. Thank you therapist Anita for your professional massage and keeps checking in with me to ensure my comfort. All in all, I am satisfied and find this spa treatment value for money, recommend for a visit in Batam!

Really good massage

Our therapist Ari and Sasa was great! The massage technique and level of strength was just nice. The therapist worked out all the knots and tension by applying appropriate pressure at the right points. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Not forgetting to also mentioned that the customer service was excellent, communication via WhatsApp were efficient too. Recommended for anyone in need of self care!

Central spa at Baloi gave us some pleasant surprises. My family of three made a reservation at this venue for a two hour massage. What can I say, it was awesome with great hospitality and service. The therapist was superb . Both my family members also enjoyed their massage. Moreover they provide complimentary pickup from Batam centre ferry terminal. Great experience since getting information and booking. They were so kind to answer all my questions regarding the treatments and were able to find a slot for me for a full spa day. They gave the recommendations for the ferry trip from Singapore to Batam and went to the ferry terminal to pick me up. When I arrived they received me with a cucumber beverage and had me choose the essential oil for my massage and the ingredients for the scrub . I chose jasmine for aromatherapy and coffee for the scrub. My therapist was beyond expectations, her name is Nelvi and I had a great time
