What Alaine provides is far beyond "just" a massage. It is the beautiful location, the studio, the decor, the thoughtful little extra touches, the calm pace, the patience... it is everything. I have never been to a massage that has felt so relaxed pre and post... to be brought fresh berries and a chocolate with a choice of herbal teas and told to take my time. Alaine was so welcoming for my first visit yesterday to om Holistic and the location of The Bothy was peaceful and full of autumnal light. Not knowing what to expect from a lymphatic drainage massage, we talked through why I had chosen the experience and Alaine explained what the treatment would entail. During the treatment, it felt like time had stopped and calmness took over my usually busy mind. I've continued to feel a lightness today, having slept so well last night. Alaine made me feel cared for and listened to, with all the extra touches adding to the enjoyment.

AMAzing lymphatic massage, the best

Alaine was amazing and so calming, the environment just makes you relax straight away as it's so beautiful. Had the Lymphatic massage which was lovely and pretty sure I could have fallen asleep. Will defo be going back.

I chose the Sacred Head massage for my first Om holistic experience. It was 80 minutes of pure bliss, complete relaxation and an opportunity to block out all the mundane trivia that seems to so frequently impact my thoughts. Before falling asleep I could hear gentle music, birdsong and lambs bleating in the nearby fields. It’s an idyllic country setting and beats anything in the city, hands down. The session was completed with fresh fruit and an energising ginger shot. A really lovely afternoon, thank you.
