Amazing as always. I had some shoulder stifness and Lindsay did Reiki and Acupuncture. I felt so relaxed and had immediate relief from the stiffness. Will definitely be returning again and would highly recommend.

I attended Breathe and Bloom for a combined acupuncture and reiki session to deal with some lower back pain. The treatment room is so calming and peaceful and the session was amazing. I felt so relaxed during the whole experience. The day after, my back felt the best it had in months! I would strong my recommend a visit for any issues you're having. Thanks so much!!

Curtis was great. Had a full body sports massage, focusing on legs after some discomfort in my patella. Left feeling a lot better and he also advised on strapping if I’m still struggling when I next play football
