Post AT Surgery week one later. Archillies tendon lengthening surgey one week ago , So left ankle surgery leaving my right calf and tendon massively overtight due to compensating for my left not functioning and being on two crutches, basically walking in big circles . Much needed relief needed here and very well recieved from the very talented Katie from The Bolton Clinic.

I try to get into Route 1 once a month for a back reset, and it honestly makes such a difference. My job is very hard on my body, and after every session I feel looser, more aligned, and ready to take on the next few weeks. Lewis is always professional, welcoming, and really knows what they’re doing. It’s become an essential part of keeping myself feeling good and staying on top of the physical demands of my work. Highly recommend to anyone whose job takes a toll on their body!

It was our 1st wet cupping session today at The Cupping Clinic in Bolton. We both jad our session together with the Lovely Talat. She's been cupping for 7 years now and explained every step we would go through and the benefits. We would highly recommend this treatment. Booked back in , in 6 weeks time. Mrs Shirley Hewitt Stiff Neck for over 12 months lots of pain and sleepless nights. , now gone after 3 treatmants with the delightful Katie at the Bolton Clinic. Please dont suffer like I did for months, the main thing that Katie did for me was Repair and Rehabilitate , being a pensioner is hard enough, now i feel like im 30 again. Thanks to SB and the team for making me better xx

Very professional and has a unique way of making you feel at ease, identified the root of my nerve pain and had a wealth of knowledge on different movement exercises to start the healing process, would definitely recommend.

Great experience, went in with a lot of pain in my shoulder and overall tightness in my back Lewis was a great help, gave me loads of info on what was up and performed 2 treatments which have left me feeling brand new again. Can’t recommend Route 1 & Lewis enough. Cheers.

I received an energy drip at the Cupping Clinic in Bolton from Miss Saima, who was absolutely wonderful,kind, professional, and an excellent host. She even offered my mother a free cup of tea and provided her with a prayer mat. The atmosphere at the clinic was calm, peaceful, and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

Day 5 Muscle strengthening and Deep Release Frozen Shoulder. So 3 weeks in and to date weve achieved 95 % of full range Of movement, What an unbelievable result compared to my 2 years under the consultant and physio Team at Buchshaw Village. Katie and the Guys have been outstanding in my recovery at the Bolton Clinc, now the future is a lot lot Brighter.

Lewis came highly recommended from a work colleague. Lewis is very accommodating and welcoming and puts you at ease. I had my initial consultation where Lewis listened to me and my issue. Lewis made a number of recommendations to get me back doing the sports I enjoy the most. I had the best body reset massage and left feeling fantastic with now no pain I'm my shoulder and neck. If I have any further issues in the future I know where to come. All round 5 star Service.

Katie has full knowledge of my health issues and how it has impinged physical well-being. She has treated me with great skill and empathy over the past year. I had a deep tissue massage booked in with sne. I expected a weak massage with no outcome. However, sne fixed my nerve pain in my arm which I had been experiencing for over a year. She powered through the deep tissue massage and applied the cups to all areas of pain leaving me content with the results. I will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to everyone.

This is my go to place since moving to the area, but first time with Mohammed for a deep tissue and Grafton massage. Having suffered sporadically with back pain following an accident, Mohammed did a brilliant job in being firm while ensuring care in sensitive spots, and i feel like a new man. No knots or tightness and a lot more free movement. Very professional but also very friendly and personable. Highly recommended.

Top guy kind and respectful and easy to talk to about anything only place I’ll be going

Aaron was super gentle and friendly. He made me feel comfortable and asked about my pain to make sure he gave the right kind of massage. And it really worked. I feel much better than before. Just a small comment, the room was a bit cold, maybe something could be done about that.

Great experience with Emmanuel, He asked me about my struggles and I mentioned I had tight ankles and plantar issues, straight away he addressed them and now I feel great walking again Also the aftercare advice he gives is really beneficial and helps with injury prevention a lot

day 4, strength building and range extensions. Lots of work freeing my right shoulder tightness over 5 yeas of injury and restrictions. I love how Katie gives loads of relief with zero pain and a little discomfort, a lot more progress today with a treatment plan which is absolutely working 100%..

Booked my first cupping session with Talat. Amazing service and very reassuring throughout the entire process. Talked me through everything step by step.
