I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

First time doing Hijama and was made to feel so comfortable and Arfana is very knowledge in hijama, the Islamic meaning of it and was a really good experience. I went to her and the area was so clean and very professional.

Magda is a very skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist She carefully asks about your concerns before the treatment and explains how the lymphatic massage will support your body. Her approach is thoughtful, professional and tailored to individual needs. I felt comfortable, understood and genuinely supported throughout the session. I would definitely recommend her services 👏👏

Excellent customer service, great communication on WhatsApp and best assessment and finally best sports treatment service you can ever get. Your wbidy will be reset from many years of overuse and injury. If you are in Pain then go see Fares at Clinic 31 to get your physio done with him. Very polite and friendly you gonna enjoy the session.

Arfana was amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed having Hijama done by her today. She is very knowledgeable in her job and was able to answer all the questions that I had and put me at ease. Arfana made me feel comfortable and relaxed and very considerate when applying the pressure of the cups. The after care was amazing and she gave me very helpful information, tips and advice in regards to hormonal imbalance and what I can do to help. She took her time with each step of the process and it didn’t feel rushed at all. I enjoyed the experience and loved the customer care. Jazakillahu khair x

Really impressed by the overall improvement, especially my mobility and my ongoing hip pain. Nothing worked until i tried Cryotherapy!!! Left my skin glowing and my irrational phobia of cold and therapy chambers has vanished too. Couldn't be more grateful for giving it a go, it really does what it says.

I was suffering too much pain on lower back but Alhamdulellah when I had done massage I feel so good thanks from clinic 31 31 and specially from Farsi brother

Today I had cupping therapy for my sore back. I visited Magda at the Cute Guru salon. The entire procedure was performed very professionally. My back pain was minimal. I wholeheartedly recommend Cute Guru.

Great session! Isaac is super professional, will talk through and make sure the pressure isn't painful, and explain as he went. He made sure to take the time to know my needs and where I needed the most attention, he listened and was attuned to all non verbal queues of pain or discomfort and adjusted accordingly, kept me informed of why certain parts hurt more than others and showed me exercises before I left for continuous improvement. Would definitely recommend!
