Perfection! Always have a great time and leave with exactly what I need. I love the bespoke nature of the treatments. I explain how I'm feeling and what areas I want to focus on and I leave energised if I need that or relaxed if I need that. I've been seeing Laura for over a year and I've never had two massages that are the same.

As ever I benefited in every way from Norah’s healing hands. I am 74 and often receive compliments for my skin - entirely due to Norah’s facials which I have been privileged to experience regularly for some years. Cannot recommend more highly.

Just had my hair washed and a bouncy blow dry. Amazing as always. Felt so nice for someone to wash my hair and dry it. Especially in this heat. Kay is amazing, and I totally relax, could of easily had a nap. Highly recommend kay she is passionate and always training to learn new things and her attention to detail is spot on x

Best facial in Bristol. I am in my 60's and my skin feels young, fresh and hydrated. All her facials treatments are carefully put together. Norah is very friendly and welcoming too.

This afternoon was just what I needed, a relaxing and refueling break. The whole massage experience made me feel comfortable and it was personalised to my needs. Laura was lovely to talk to and intuitive with her massage. My lower back feels so much better and she relaxed tightness in my shoulders I didn't realise I had. The room itself is peaceful and beautiful, a lovely escape from everyday busyness. I will definitely be booking another one, thanks Laura

I love my sessions with Laura! When I first started seeing her, I wanted a regular monthly massage with somebody I could build a comfortable relationship with, who knows my body and tailors the massage to what I need. I got exactly that! I can tell Laura where I'm stiff or uncomfortable and she will work in that area. It's never a bog standard massage. It never feels awkward. I look forward to the sessions and the monthly subscription makes sure I'm making time each month for some wellness.

Always a fantastic experience with Laura. I love the pre-massage consultation which allows her to tailor the massage to what you need on the day. I instantly felt comfortable with her which made the decision to sign up to the monthly membership and easy one. Great way for me to make sure I'm getting some me time every month.
