Had a glass facial today it was amazing , my face feel's so smooth and literally looks like glass. Lisa made me feel so comfortable & relaxed she really is amazing at what she does. I can't wait to go back in January for another facial.

My first glass facial has left my skin feeling amazing! Discussed my problem areas and the facial was tailored by Lisa to improve these going forward. I haven’t been well for a number of months which Lisa was fully aware of and understood as she’s been looking after my skin for a long time. Lisa recommended we change our approach from the original booking because I’d had a recent bad breakdown and she didn’t want to aggravate my skin further. Lisa focused on purely a glass facial this time and it was super relaxing (as always). Lisa knew that talking makes my illness worse, so encouraged me to enjoy some quiet time (which was incredible) & I felt really comfortable to ask to pause when I needed medication or to change position etc.

Lisa was lovely, after several bad experiences trying to get my eyebrows right she got it spot on first time. She listened to what I wanted and came up with a plan to get them right . Will definitely re book . Feel confident in her hands an no longer dread getting them done.
