Camille provided a professional, reassuring acupuncture treatment. The needles were inserted without discomfort and I felt very relaxed throughout and then wide awake afterwards. A lovely experience. I have booked another treatment as I enjoyed it so much. I think Camille has a wonderful approach to the provision of her treatments. Very highly recommend her services.

10/10 - I had a Buccal Massage with Holly and it was amazing - a bit spicy painwise but SO worth it - I felt relief instantly and would highly reccomend the treatment for anyone with jaw pain ! Felt super comfortable from start to finish ! Thank you

Amazing first experience of Buccal Treatment with highly intuitive and professional Holly - as a (very) long term sufferer of TMJ disorder and associated, debilitating symptoms - this was truly incredible. Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Holly is amazing and so knowledgeable about the fascia. She could identify what the issue was and knew straight away where the pain I had was stemming from and really took the time to listen to me. After only few sessions with Holly she has really helped to ease my shoulder and upper back issues in just a short time that had been on and off troubling me for years. I highly recommend booking on with her and will be booking in a block to continue in the New year!

Yee was fantastic, as usual. I went in with neck, shoulder, upper and lower black pain, and I left feeling like a new person. It was also my first dry needling session, and sure it won't be my last. Yee (and the needles!) were able to get rid of pain that I've had for months.

Amazing experience. Clinic was lovely and clean. Arrived in lots of pain for a deep tissue shoulder and neck release massage. Left a bit tender as expected but a couple of days on I can hugely feel the difference! Waiyee was fantastic, she made me feel comfortable and also offered expert advice on preventing the issue I was having by suggesting exercises, posture etc. I will definitely be returning. Fantastic clinic. Thank you.

Fabulous, the best massage I have had anywhere in the world...is in Cardiff. Intelligent fingers, and when I booked, I got to choose my own music, a first!

really needed a relaxation session, and I truly felt great relief after it. Camellie is very professional. I love the way she performs reflexology. I’m delighted to have found an experienced and brilliant masseuse in Cardiff! I went for the hot stone upper body massage with dry cupping after having a baby and Holly was very considerate of my circumstances and listened attentively to what I needed. The massage was AMAZING and exactly what I needed for my postpartum recovery. I will be returning again’!

I booked a deep tissue massage after suffering with agonising back pain for a few days. The massage has helped a lot to alleviate the pain and identify the root causes. Definitely recommend and will certainly visit again!
