I’ve just completed my final physiotherapy session after months of pain following a car accident, and the experience has been extremely positive. My physiotherapist Hannah was wonderful from the initial assessment onwards. She actively listened to my concerns, tailored each session to my progress, and clearly explained my condition and treatment plan. She’s professional, knowledgeable, patient-centred and always made me feel comfortable — a true asset to the practice. The reception team were also very friendly, professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

Had a massage with Hannah this afternoon. First time I’ve had an appointment with Hannah and it was amazing. Instant relief in my lower back due to sitting at a desk most of the time at work. My calf will be another few appointments. I’ve used SP Physio for a few years now and never lets you down. Always 5 ⭐️ from me

Steph was really friendly and took the time to listen to all of my concerns, and lifestyle to see what best suits me. I had acupuncture for the first time, and got given stretches to encourage further healing. It’s a very warm and welcoming environment, very calm and safe. I would recommend to everyone! I visit on a regular basis for shoulder pain, due to wear & tear. Instead of popping painkillers on a daily basis I seldom have to take any thanks to Stephanie . The exercises , advice and treatment are second to none . Highly recommend .

Steph has made such a difference since my first appointment in April. From being in excruciating pain from lower back issues, I am now well on the road to recovery with very little residual aches. I would recommend Steph wholeheartedly.

First is like to say i'm so grateful for getting an appointment on the day at very short notice, I had acute low back pain so getting a full assessment and treatment so quick was excellent service. Lewis was amazing, very welcoming, made me feel at ease, very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable . He carried out a very in depth assessment before carrying out my treatment. Lewis is extremely professional both in the physiotherapy and treatment and in the follow up advice I was given. He patiently answered any questions I had at the end. Would 100% recommend Lewis.

Been to a few Physiotherapy's over the years, the most recent one being SP Physiotherapy in Paisley. It was Harriet, physiotherapist who treated me & in my opinion, one of the best! Very professional, knowledgeable, made me feel at ease during examination & explained in detail, what was going on. Gave me treatment, physically showing me exercises to do at home with written instructions. Left after hour’s appointment feeling much better with myself and looking forward to the next one (not felt that before). No hesitation recommending Harriet as a physiotherapist, just wish I found her sooner.

Outstanding! Approaching 50 I've seen my fair share of physio's over the years having used all of the main ones in and around Paisley. Stephanie's approach and genuine care far exceeds any previous physio's I've used. Could not recommend highly enough.

Great! Stephanie was fantastic and I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had a deep tissue massage as I was suffering from neck and shoulder pain. I felt instant relief and I will definitely rebook.

My Mum really struggles with her mobility and pain in her back and leg. Steph came to her house and gave her some exercises and acupuncture which she feels helps her. Steph is very professional and has an exceptionally nice manner which contributed to a very pleasant experience for my Mum. We would thoroughly recommend SP Physiotherapy.

Thank you very much Steph for assessing the pain around my thumb joint on Monday. Steph carried out a very thorough assessment of the joint, followed by acupuncture, ultrasound treatment, simple self help exercises to strengthen the joint. I have attended SP physiotherapy in the past and I would highly recommend the services offered. Many thanks to Trish, for arranging and communication with me re the appointment date .

It's difficult to put your trust in someone when your in so much pain. I can honestly, hand on heart, put my trust in Steph 100% she is absolutely amazing. I always get the feeling she really cares and wants to help me. I decided to go to a physio after the pain I suffered following a car crash. Steph put me at ease from day one, maybe because she seems so confident and knowledgeable. I have received various treatments including acupuncture which really helped. Well worth the money. Thanks Steph you have been amazing
