After suffering with a non-stop headache for months I decided to take a chance and got a massage/acupuncture course from Liam over at Peak Performance. It turned out to be by far the most effective pain relief I've had since it's started. I will definitely be booking another session sometime in the near future. Thanks again.

I suffer with tension headaches and migraines tried massage and medication but it didn’t help, I had a session of acupuncture with Sophie and she knew exactly what to do! It felt like a weight was lifted from my head and it was amazing! Thank you Sophie you are really knowledgable and helped me so much! I feel like I’ve got a new head! Amy is welcoming and friendly. She is very professional explaining what the treatment comprises of and always makes sure you are comfortable and warm. This is my second appointment for acupuncture and I am noticing a difference in digestive issues.

Great first lymphatic drainage massage. Sophie put me at ease and gave some really helpful advice before the session on lymphatic drainage and acupuncture for fertility. Looking forward to my next session in 2 weeks 😊

I had a back facial and Indian head massage and they were both amazing. The environment of the room was so calm and relaxing. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back again ☺️

Brilliant deep massage and acupuncture

Cant speak highly enough of the service and conversations with Liam both about the knowledge of the affected area for the massage and acupuncture and then the personal conversations in between talking about what is being done to improve the effected area. I look forward to every session and cant wait for the next one!
