Erika was so lovely and full of helpful information, she showed me some exercises I can do at home and gave extra attention to the areas I had problems with. I'm clear with what areas I need to strengthen to improve my posture now and stop me from getting back pain. She has really loosened up my back, which has been causing me pain for months. Erika was super friendly and welcoming. I've never had a proper massage before and was a little nervous but she explained everything really well and I was comfortable quickly. We had some lovely chats but I didn't feel I needed to talk which was nice and she kept checking to make sure I was OK, she has a lot of knowledge and is happy to talk about how massages etc work which I found really interesting and helped put me at ease. I am extremely pleased with how my massage went, I've come out with more movement, less pain and feeling super relaxed. Already planning a second visit. Thanks!

So pleased with the treatment I have had from Louise that I now make a booking every 3 weeks. She relieved the pain with massage and needles when I hurt my back and has helped me improve my posture with exercises. With her advice on vitamin supplements as well, I honestly feel better than I did 10 years ago. At 81 I am now looking forward to being 91, thanks to the excellent treatment received!

I've got the 10 session membership and it's the best thing I've done for myself. I'm pain free!

Chronic neck and head pain for 15 months and received no support and understanding from GPs, yet just one, short acupuncture treatment with Penny today the pain is lifted and I have some respite. I will continue my two weekly visits with much enthusiasm and faith.

I have been having acupuncture and massage with Louise for several months to help my knee pain as I needed a operation for a new knee. Since attending Thrive Wellness Centre and seeing Louise for treatment she has help me lose over a stone in weight and I am no longer in so much pain and will not be having a knee operation. I now see Louise for regularly for treatment to maintain my health and wellbeing.

I’ve seen Roger twice now and he is amazing. The things that I was suffering with are so much better I can’t believe how much better I feel in myself being pain free. I highly recommend seeing Roger if you are in pain and need relief.

It was a great experience! thorough check up, professional treatment with agreed pressure, caring attitude throughout the entire massage and such a relief afterwards! Will definitely come back. I would highly recommend for everyone. What a wonderful investment in my wellbeing!

Brilliant, as usual. Louise can always tell where to concentrate on my back to achieve the best result. I'm so grateful to be pain free and flexible, and the exercises to do at home have visibly improved my posture.

I went for a facial yesterday for a special treat. Louise took a history of what products I was using and explained in depth of what the facial would consist of. It was super relaxing and included a shoulder and head massage. My skin feels so much better, my neck pain has gone, thank you Louise your help is always appreciated.

She is highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable, clearly understanding the body and how to treat sports-related tension and injuries. She took the time to listen, explained what she was doing, and tailored the treatment exactly to my needs. I felt real relief and improvement afterward. I had an incredible sports massage session. Erika is definitely highly skilled, attentive, and really understood how to target the areas that needed the most work. The pressure was firm yet comfortable, and I felt immediate relief in my muscles. What impressed me most was the balance between professionalism and genuine care — I left feeling both physically restored and mentally relaxed. Really relaxing and helping my back pain.

Amazing first massage with Erika she is very knowledgeable and thorough she gives you a thorough assessment she checks in with you about how it’s feeling - I had therapeutic massage I’ve had chronic back pain for years Erika isolates where the pain is coming from. Great pressure and I e already booked for my second massage next week as it’s really helped already

Pain is gradually easing. McTimoney chiropractic is gentle and not at all scary like other forms of chiropractic.

Louise gave me a back and shoulder massage. My back is not as bent over as it was, and I am really pleased with the results since she started the treatment a few months ago. She has also cured the back pain I originally consulted her about. This has been achieved by a combination of therapies - needling, UV lights and exercises. It is a pleasure to be treated by Louise in a comfortable, modern clinic by someone who is so reassuring and knowledgeable.

Great, had lower back pain which I've been suffering with for a week and after a painful hour of tension release felt much, much better.

An exceptional service that goes beyond expectations! Erika is incredibly skilled—not only did listen attentively to my concerns, but also tailored the session perfectly to meet my recovery needs. The technique was spot on, targeting deep tissue tension and leaving me feeling revitalised and pain-free.
