Claire has worked a Miracle on my back and it’s only my second session, I’ve suffered with many years of back and shoulder pain and never been able to get the relief that Claire has given me, she knew exactly where the problem areas were and some I didn’t even know had been causing me trouble! Claire is extremely knowledgeable and provides great advice on how to ease the pain when it flares up. Would highly recommend

Hayley was great! I had been in pain for a while, assuming I would just have to get over it due to an old injury. After an acupuncture and remedial massage session I found out the cause of pain was tendonitis. I left the session feeling movement was easier. Confident that with a plan I can get back to training at my best

I just had my first sports massage with acupuncture from Claire, focusing on my shoulders, and I can honestly say it was absolutely amazing. Claire's expertise and professionalism are truly first class. The combination of sports massage techniques with acupuncture needling was exactly what my shoulders needed. Claire has incredible knowledge of anatomy and muscle function, and she knew precisely where to target the treatment for maximum benefit. Since my last treatment I have been able to have the most rested sleep I have had for a couple of years. I was no longer going to bed in pain and able to soundly drift off. I also didn't wake up in pain. Thank you for making me feel much better.

Wasn't quite what I was expecting but once explained that heat, acupuncture and massage is better remedial treatment, I went for it. So far so good, see how I feel in 5 days

Went today in complete pain backache, having to roll out of bed to walking out pain free. Also discovered I had some problems with tight knotty legs which were partly addressed and sorted. THANK YOU, see you next month. Would highly recommend going, if you think you've only got 1 problem, I would think again, by going I've learnt 1 problem has come from a problem in another area that needs sorting.

Very welcoming, easy to get along with and made me feel at ease as soon as we met. The treatment was amazing and I'd forgotten what it was to feel relaxed and free of pain, i was informed every step of the way what was happening and what ti expect. Can't wait for my next treatment and will be referring my family and would strongly recommend others to visit.

Awesome after destroying myself in the gym once again. Shoulders tight and loss of motion.. Full range of motion back and feeling of relief from the tightness feel like new once again. Can't recommend enough 😁

First time having acupuncture and I was a little nervous, but there was no need! Was made to feel comfortable and relaxed, I couldn’t even feel them! Already seen I proved in my leg and able to walk up and down the stairs easier and more comfortable than before it. Claire is Extremely skilled! Highly recommended.

Claire was incredibly professional in performing acupuncture on both myself and my 13 year old daughter. Mine was in the neck and my daughter’s in her arm/wrist due to repetitive strain. Instant movement and relief with expert guidance on moving forward was provided. Would definitely recommend without hesitation!

Claire has been amazing! After seeing many expensive “expert’s” and getting no answers, we were recommended to Claire for remedial massage and acupuncture. I was sceptical but after an hours treatment my son had gone from hunched in pain to standing straight and since is no longer suffering from migraine daily. Highly recommend this service

I had been experiencing what appeared to be sciatica, for 3 months. Two days after my first session of acupuncture and massage with Claire, I noticed that my patella reflex had returned. Over the next two weeks, I noticed an improvement in my symptoms. Additionally, I felt generally better in myself.
