First time with Lucy for 2hr indulgence. I had full consultation at start and felt Lucy was truly interested in ensuring the treatment targeted what I needed. I’ve seen Alikia twice now and am very impressed with her knowledge and her amazing skill set! She really is the ultimate therapist combining physiotherapy and massage. After the first session she managed to make a massive improvement to my pain from a long standing issue. I highly recommend her!!

Alikia demonstrated a fantastic knowledge which meant she was able assess my situation and make some recommendations for treatment. I left a little tender which was to be expected but within a couple of hours I was free of pain and the irritating tightness in my calf was gone. Alikia was able to give me some suggestions for continuing my recovery and how to gauge when to come back for follow up.

This lady has magic hands! Very knowledgeable and always gives her best. Today was a deep tissue massage with facial. I left very relaxed and pain free 👍🏻 The heated bed was a lovely bonus too, great for stiff bones in this weather.

Once again felt amazing after my sports massage and acupuncture. Great professional service from Alikia lots of good advice. She is so freindly and makes you very welcome in a nice warm environment. Absolutely fantastic, Lucy is amazing and I came out feeling so much bettter! my pain in my back and shoulder went with massage, such a joy to be pain free with out taking pills! The atmosphere in the treatment room is wonderful and Lucy is so attentive and will ask if there are any particular things bothering you. I can't wait to go back, i have already booked!

This was my first appointment with Alikia, & to say I was impressed is an understatement. Whilst I take on board that we all have different needs, in relation to our reasons for seeking treatment/s I have a lengthy history of major spinal surgeries, stemming from 1993 . Each Surgery has subsequently been a “ challenge” resulting in complexities & severe pain, further down the line. Alikia LISTENED, watched how I walked etc & tailored initial exercises for me to try following my treatment with her. A truly invaluable experience, & one I will continue with. This lovely girl knows her stuff…. X
