Have been having pretty acute back pain and could barely walk when I arrived. I expected not to be able to cope but didn’t feel any ill effects, or pain, for a full 90 minutes while on the bed. Got up to walk and the pain was back, HOWEVER, did as Rico suggested, upped the fluids went to bed early and hey-presto I am a changed woman. Managed a full day of work the day after and 3000 steps, much better than the few hundred steps I’ve been ‘shuffling’ beforehand. Thank you Rico and see you next week!!

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Targia yesterday, it was amazing. I floated out, I felt that relaxed. I woke up this morning feeling lighter and all the swelling around my knees has gone 🙏 I had a great sleep too. Targia is so lovely and knows her stuff. See you in 4 weeks Targia 💜

I asked Lisa to help alleviate a bad bout of hayfever that I was experiencing. She very quickly and professionally had my lying down with acupuncture needles in areas that helped almost immediately I have to say! I woke up the following morning with no symptoms and that has continued since. This is a must for hayfever sufferers to have regularly over the season to help normal life resume!

I felt very relaxed and comfortable with Jenny. I shared a lot during my first consultation and I felt safe and confident that she understood my needs and was honest about how she could support me. I regularly book with Amy for hot stone treatments. Amy is amazing at what she does, always going above and beyond for you during your treatment. She concentrates on the areas where you have been experiencing the most pain/discomfort & will bring in other treatments such as ultra sound, dry needling and the latest addition to her skill set Lymphatic Drainage. On my last visit l had swelling around my elbow, Amy used her newly acquired knowledge of Lymphatic Drainage to work on my arm. By the following morning the swelling had totally gone. I can't recommend Amy highly enough she's the best ⭐️

I visited this fab little shop for acupuncture From the get go I knew I was in expert hands with Rachel. As someone who is trained in accupuncture I was very impressed with the depth of knowledge Rachel has. The treatment was amazing and I floated out of the treatment room! Definitely a great addition to our little community I am definitely going back! Don't hesitate if you are on the fence about acupuncture, it is a painless treatment with so many benefits....get booked in with Rachel!

Amazing as always! I come regularly for sports massages with Meesha and couldn’t recommend her more, today was especially amazing as I have been suffering with pain in my right shoulder, I feel so much better already and a bonus this massage got rid of a 3 day long migraine I had been suffering with, always a 10/10 service here 💖

This was one of the best massages I have had in a while. Caelie is clearly a very experienced therapist. She was calming, attentive and intentional, and listened to what I had asked for. I can't remember the last time I nearly fell asleep during a massage. I got 45 minutes back neck and shoulder followed by 25 minutes Indian head massage. To anyone who has not had a head massage, I highly recommend it.

Really informative and professional, put my daughter at ease while she was trying acupuncture for migraine relief for the first time, hoping it gives her some relief but Lisa shown us some ways to help when a migraine comes on which was really helpful definitely would recommend .

This was my first appointment with Rico. He took his time to find out what I needed and worked really hard to give me a treatment that eased my chronic neck pain. It was very helpful.
