Have been having pretty acute back pain and could barely walk when I arrived. I expected not to be able to cope but didn’t feel any ill effects, or pain, for a full 90 minutes while on the bed. Got up to walk and the pain was back, HOWEVER, did as Rico suggested, upped the fluids went to bed early and hey-presto I am a changed woman. Managed a full day of work the day after and 3000 steps, much better than the few hundred steps I’ve been ‘shuffling’ beforehand. Thank you Rico and see you next week!!

What an amazing experience. I can honestly say that this was the best massage I have ever had. It went from a typical treatment to a realignment of my body and senses. I had an amazing post‑op lymphatic drainage massage with Nicole and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was incredibly gentle and skilled throughout, and I felt completely at ease the whole time. There was absolutely no pain, just soothing, effective treatment that left me feeling less swollen and more comfortable. The hygiene standards were outstanding, which is so important after surgery. Everything was spotless, professional, and handled with real care. I’d highly recommend Nicole to anyone needing post‑op support. A genuinely positive experience from start to finish.

Visited Lisa with problems with my achilles tendon and my knee. After a session of acupuncture they certainly feel a lot more free moving and am no longer needing to take pain killers

Nicki made things super comfortable and calm. I came in for a deep tissue back massage because of some back pain I've been having recently. Absolutely amazing acupuncture treatment i love every minute when I go. So relaxing and a great time to switch off.

Jenny is extremely passionate, dedicated and professional in what she does. Having not done anything of this nature in the past, I went to her with a muscle tightness in my pec/shoulder and some mobility issues. She provided a thorough assessment, was clear with detailed explanations and her personality makes you feel at ease straight away. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone in the Liverpool area in need of support.

Rico was very knowledgeable and professional and a great massage therapist. He explained things very well and did some stretching movements as part of the massage too. Nice comfy studio and friendly reception staff.

I started going to see Lisa due to pains in my joints and I didn't want to pop pain killers everyday. I've just finished my 2nd acupuncture treatment along with a back massage and cupping and I feel like a million dollars! Since my 1st treatment a few weeks ago, my joint pain is already less frequent and much less painful if it does flare up... Which is definitely progress. I no longer use pain killers for joint pain either. I highly recommend Lisa, she's truly amazing!

Very good, I am starting to get some relief from back pain

Second time Iv been to Nichole and left feeling absolutely amazing and super relaxed. Cant wait for my next one’ 💆‍♀️

I felt very relaxed and comfortable with Jenny. I shared a lot during my first consultation and I felt safe and confident that she understood my needs and was honest about how she could support me. I have booked two further appointments and feel positive that Jenny can help mw manage my chronic pain.

I always have the most amazing relaxation with Nicki, it’s really helped with my lower back pain that I struggle with. Would highly recommend! X

Arrived with shoulder pain and poor range of movement, and left with no pain and significantly improved range of motion. Rokas also explained everything thoroughly.. Highly recommended

Absolutely gorgeous little place. Atmosphere was so relaxing and calming i loved it. Got it as a present from my son for mother's day, iv booked and paid for gift for partner, and will be doing this as my treat from now on

Very professional and has a unique way of making you feel at ease, identified the root of my nerve pain and had a wealth of knowledge on different movement exercises to start the healing process, would definitely recommend.

I booked in with Forest Massage Therapies for a 45 mins deep tissue massage having had long term shoulder and neck pain. Nicki is highly professional and the suite is perfectly clean and hygienic. As good if not better than any spa massage I have had at a much more affordable price. Nicki found and got rid of knots I wasn't even aware of and gave great aftercare tips and cold bottled water. Highly recommend.

This was my first appointment with Rico. He took his time to find out what I needed and worked really hard to give me a treatment that eased my chronic neck pain. It was very helpful.

First visit and I was super pleased. I have hip pain ahead of a half marathon and Andrius really helped me understand where my pain is coming from and why. Looking forward to my next session.
