Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I have been struggling with a shoulder injury for many years, started coming here for chamber sessions and have also had cupping all helped manage the pain but recently started acupuncture with Dylan and that has been amazing. His knowledge is excellent and he has tailored my treatment to my needs. I have had 3 sessions so far and the daily pain I have had for at least 10 years has reduced by about 80%. Would recommend Dylan completely.

I've been in a lot of pain for a long time following a serious injury. I thought I was stuck with medication for life.. Jordanne give me options on how she could help ease the pain and explained fully how the process would work. It was my first time trying these type of holistic methods and i couldnt have picked a better place to start my healing process, very welcoming and easy to talk to. Simone was great. He took a few minutes to discuss what I needed and check posture/muscles before starting the session. He explained what he was doing throughout and where he could notice muscles stiffness/tension, making sure that muscles were warmed up properly, so that even knots were (mostly!) pain-free when massaged. I felt so much better afterwards, and would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend Hakan enough. After struggling with a bad neck and back, Hakan was able to pin point the problem areas and through a combination of massage, acupuncture, cupping and reiki I left feeling so much lighter and all the tension had gone. He was so thorough in his assessment and treatment plan, personalised for my needs. Nothing was rushed and he gave me so much of his time to ensure my visit was a positive and relaxing experience. I cannot wait to return.

First treatment with Jenny. So impressed with her knowledge of my issues. She was very informative and I’m quietly confident that she will be able to help me manage my pain.

I saw she had an angel number necklace on, but I swear she was the angel. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. She listened to me. She let me pick the oils. The pressure was just right.
