This gym is very well-maintained, organized, and impressively clean, it doesn’t even smell like a gym. The environment is welcoming, and everyone is friendly, from staff to coaches. Kian assisted me during sign-up and was very approachable, making me feel like a friend rather than a client. Unlike other mainstream gyms I’ve visited, there’s no pressure to sign up, you truly feel part of a fitness family here. The coaches are highly dedicated. My coach Zeus is exceptional, very knowledgeable, focused on holistic health, monitors my nutrition, and makes every session engaging and effective.

Booked a trial pass with Coach Paul, and the experience was superb! He was very hands on and you can really see and feel his expertise. It shows that he knows what he is doing and teaching. From the pre workout drink, the delicious free protein shake, and up to the cold plunge and shower, you can really feel the VIP treatment given by the gym. It was an awesome experience! Thank you Coach Kerby for the consistently safe & informative workouts! Today was a bit more challenging but I felt the stretches that my body needed. I really like the massage after-it feels like a spa 🤣 It's very soothing & I feel safely taken care of just like how Daol Salon in Parañaque treats me well. Always having great sessions with Coach Paul! 😊 I actually dont know what to achieve from this journey (as a beginner) other than losing weight, but I am now gaining muscles and improving strength - all with the superb coaching and guidance of Coach Paul since April.
