We experienced a few minor issues when requesting an appointment, but overall, the experience was superb. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled efficiently—they didn’t waste a single second. The massage itself was incredibly relaxing and exactly what we needed. Despite the initial booking hiccup, the excellent service and quality of the massage more than made up for it. We will definitely be booking again soon. PS.can you please put an option to add the number of client/customer per appointment or booking to prevent any misunderstanding in the future.

From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted by an elegant foyer that sets the tone for the rest of the experience, the soft sound of the indoor waterfall creates an instantly calming atmosphere that melts your stress away. I opted for the Swedish massage and it was absolutely delightful. The massage therapists were incredibly attentive, constantly checking in to ensure the pressure was just right. I had a few areas of sunburn from earlier in the day, and they were so considerate, adjusting the technique to avoid any discomfort while still giving a deeply relaxing treatment.

The best therapheutic massage i got from here was from my yesterday's appointment! Ms. Shirley GOT the pain point on my lower back :) Ms. Shiley also did my facial and in the morning I had a visibly brighter skin ❤ Will be booking another session with her next time! Had a really good experience at Kass & Kaye Spa! The place is clean, relaxing, and smells nice right away. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Special mention to my massage therapist, ang galing niya! She was very attentive and consistent yung pressure, sakto lang and very relaxing. Ramdam mo na experienced and maalaga sa client. Definitely worth it for the price. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good spa in Tarlac kaya dito na lang kami ng friends ko nagpapamassage. 💆‍♀️✨

I had an amazing experience with Teresa, foot massage was incredibly relaxing, hitting all the right pressure points and melting away the stress I didn’t even realize I was carrying. You can tell she’s very skilled and attentive, adjusting the pressure perfectly based on what your body needs. Teresa is also very professional and creates a calm, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to fully relax. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality massage. My therapist, Miss Sasha, was wonderful and took the time to explain the specific type of massage I chose, which I really appreciated. ​They are very punctual with appointments, so I highly recommend arriving on time. While they do accept walk-ins, it’s much better to book in advance via Fresha, Facebook Messenger, or by calling their posted number. Overall, a 5/5 experience. I'll definitely be back!

This was my son’s first remedial massage, and it was amazing! Coach David made him feel comfortable the whole time, explained what he was doing, and focused on his specific needs. By the end, he felt more relaxed and had noticeable relief in his tense areas. Highly recommend!
