I really appreciate how accommodating their front desk and therapists are. The massage was great— so relaxing. There's no problem with my booking, unlike other spas. I somehow wish they would have lockers for us clients to safekeep our belongings while we relax. Overall, it was such a good experience, the ambience is so relaxing. Thank you so much! Had a very relaxing therapy. I did not get the name of my therapist, but she was good and knew where she should focus even without instruction. The ambience of the spa is also good, however, the wooden floors and the creaking of the door whenever opened or closed is somewhat distracting. Would be great if they can also serve tea after the session.

Special thanks to Bada-씨 for giving me such a beautiful haircut — she really listened to what I wanted and made sure it suited me perfectly. ✨ What I appreciated even more was that she also took the time to teach me how to style my hair so I could maintain the look at home. Had a really good experience at Kass & Kaye Spa! The place is clean, relaxing, and smells nice right away. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Special mention to my massage therapist, ang galing niya! She was very attentive and consistent yung pressure, sakto lang and very relaxing. Ramdam mo na experienced and maalaga sa client. Definitely worth it for the price. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good spa in Tarlac kaya dito na lang kami ng friends ko nagpapamassage. 💆‍♀️✨

The spa’s ambience helps you relax and the massage is good, the only feedback from my experience is that the therapist assigned to me seems to be sleepy because there is too many pauses during the massage session.

I just called in about 30 minutes before my appointment. The person who answered my call was very friendly. Ms Christy/Cristy who did my nails was amazing and was very conscious with the time and I find that very impressive. JC, who did my foot spa, was equally efficient too!

We had such a wonderful time getting our nails done! They were not only skilled but also very warm and accommodating. They carefully listened to what we wanted and executed the designs perfectly with great attention to detail. Every line, color, and finish looked flawless. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was efficient yet relaxing, and the final results were stunning. We absolutely love our nails and can’t wait to return!

The therapist is very professional. They will asked if you are comfortable. Also you will feel the difference after the session. Thanks to the therapist that do the massage to me and thanks also to Luks Spa and Aesthetic. Next time again.

I arrived at the spa 20 minutes early of my booked appointment, but they accommodated me right away. :) I had the Moroccan salt scrub and it was so refreshing and rejuvenating. The therapist knows her job well and really took care of me. The music of the place was suited to it, so it's relaxing and peaceful. No unnecessary noise.

During my massage, the therapist focused on the areas I wanted, especially where I was experiencing body pain. After the session, the pain gradually eased and eventually disappeared, leaving my body feeling relaxed and relieved.Might go back again thanks for warm welcome.Happy new year.

I often get a massage from several places but this is one of the few where I fall into a deep sleep and really relax. The massage is always amazing and the staff are accomodating. 10/10 would always recommend. I took my colleagues to Naya for a spa day and they have shared the same sentiments. They love it!
