Good front desk/customer service. My first time letting people do something on my face coz I did bad on my skincare and lack of sleep. They listened to your concern. My face now feels a lil better but I still have bumps growing again. I kinda knew it'll happen even before going in this place but still, the biggest one died down after the treatment. Thanks a lot. I'd go back to this one if I feel something off with my facial skina again.

I really liked the service because they still accommodated me even though I arrived late due to heavy traffic. Thank you so much to the artist who handled me, Ma’am Divine, because she carefully recommended what would suit my brows (since this is my first time) based on my skin type. She made sure my brows looked balanced, especially since one part has sparse hair. She also gave helpful aftercare tips. I highly recommend this salon if you want your brows to always be on fleek! I’ll update my review once my eyebrows are fully healed.

Shiella was very caring and thoughtful throughout the facial treatment. She explained every step she was doing. She constantly asked if certain steps hurt. Lenie, who did my underarm waxing, was also very accommodating. It was my first time, and she made sure that I was comfortable the whole time. She also explained the aftercare routine I had to follow for the next 24 hours. Lastly, Joy tended to my eyebrows, which she skillfully did in a matter of a few minutes in a very painless way. As always, the staff are super accommodating and friendly. Their hands feel so light. The Diode treatment was super worth it for me. After just one session, hardly any hair grew back — as in, only a very small amount, so I was really surprised, and even the staff were surprised :) Thank you, Gwyn Aesthetic Clinic, for taking care of me :) See you again next session.

Service is really good. Place is also great. Ms. Maica has really light and comfortable hands during all the sessions. I was so comfy that I kinda took a nap during the lash extensions. She was also really patient considering I have facial spasms. Just wished that Bashara lash techs could suggest a lash design that better suit the clients face or eye shape if they notice that their 1st option does not fit them well. Also a bit funny experience for the UA LHR since in my prior sessions, the tech will wait outside while the customer is changing but ms. Maica just waited inside. >_<
