I always feel safe and held when I visit the Bothy whatever treatment I have. This time it was Reflexology. I wish I could express it better but if you haven't tried it before, I can't rate it high enough. For me, it releases so much of what I don't know I am holding and Alaine always manages to know what is going on in my body before I tell her. Such an important part of finding time and putting myself first.

I have been visiting Alaine for about a year with treatments at her sanctuary in Leeds and at The Bothy. Alaine has to be one of the kindest, most nurturing and knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever met. In the time I’ve been having treatments, from reflexology, Indian head and most recently the most relaxing pregnancy message, I’ve always felt incredibly well looked after and cared for. Sometimes I’ve not known how much I’ve needed those few hours away from the stresses of everyday life until I’ve seen Alaine. All the additional touches, such as delicious biscuits, are the cherry on top.

I have the facial when I visit Becca at No 19, and can honestly say it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. The room is lovely, the bed is so comfortable, the ambience is so relaxing and Becca is amazing at her craft! The attention to detail is amazing; from the cleansing and toning, to the foot massage where Becca could identify I need to work on breathing techniques through her reflexology knowledge, to the massage of my ear, neck, shoulder and jaw … this facial is a holistic experience leaving me so relaxed I always nod off! Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have been to Rebecca numerous times for numerous treatments, including LVL lashes, nails and reflexology. I have to say reflexology was a lifesaver. I did numerous consecutive sessions and they helped me massively. I can honestly say I have never felt so relaxed. I fell asleep numerous times! I actually booked my appointment while I was still on holiday in the USA. I always feel so relaxed after a treatment from ōm Holistic but this felt like a whole different experience. Every single detail from arrival to leaving is thought of to set you at ease. The most beautiful thing for me was how the space was considered, with natural sunlight and soft textures throughout. The reflexology treatment was amazing as always, but this felt like the whole space was created to make me feel safe, grounded and relaxed. So incredible.

From the foot soak at the start to the fresh fruit at the end, this was a total experience not just a massage/facial. Alaine takes the time to understand you, your wants and needs and then translate that into a treatment using the most wonderful products. I shall definitely be making this a regular part of my new self care regime
