I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

From the moment I stepped through the door, Becca took every care to create a calm, peaceful environment where I felt completely at ease and able to fully relax into the treatment. Becca is an exceptionally skilled reflexologist, and the level of relaxation I experienced was incredible. The treatment left me feeling deeply restored, grounded, and rejuvenated. The consultation afterwards was also extremely insightful, as Becca explained her findings and offered helpful guidance. I had an incredible reflexology treatment with Becca. At 16 weeks pregnant, she made sure I was super comfortable and all my needs were met. I couldn’t believe how relaxing it was - I really drifted away and completely switched off. I’ll definitely be booking back in - highly recommend!

I have the facial when I visit Becca at No 19, and can honestly say it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. The room is lovely, the bed is so comfortable, the ambience is so relaxing and Becca is amazing at her craft! The attention to detail is amazing; from the cleansing and toning, to the foot massage where Becca could identify I need to work on breathing techniques through her reflexology knowledge, to the massage of my ear, neck, shoulder and jaw … this facial is a holistic experience leaving me so relaxed I always nod off! Can’t recommend highly enough.

The 90min facial is such a treat and is always amazing! Rebecca is lovely and friendly, always there to advise on regiments and recommend products. Struggle not to fall asleep but always feel relaxed when i leave. Would highly recommend.

I recently attended the et al make-up launch and I was genuinely blown away by the products. I left feeling so glowy and radiant and purchased a number of products which I’ve been loving using at home. It goes on like a dream, lasts all day long (even after chasing two small children around in the heat!) and my skin feels so soft when I remove it. I can’t wait to build up my collection!
